It does the job. There are professional products that are aligned with your foot size. The product is really worth the price. You can cut them to fit in your shoes. I work atwalmart for long hours and this product has helped significantly. I highly recommend this for mass physical employees (or workers thatare their feet most of the day).

Got these for plantar fasciitis. The heel was too hard. Started to feel my heel starting with the plantar fasciitis all over again.
