Good Low Cost Grain
This grain comes in a large sack that is very clean for being a bulk product. I find very little other items such as corn. I have bought this several times and will definitely buy again!

PANTRY MOTHS
3/4 of our feed sacks were infected with pantry moth larvae. We had no idea and they infested our small home. Months and months later I'm still throwing out valuable food and herbs in our pantry in a seemingly futile attempt to get rid of these pests. CHECK YOUR BAGS. Super unfortunate because this sorghum used to be one of the cleanest. Also noticing a lot of corn in it which is awful when your animals are on a corn free diet.

Not great if you're using it for grain spawn
Many of the grains were already burst prior to ever hydrating them. Seemed to be some kind of dead maggot type worms mixed in there too. If you're looking at this as potential mushroom spawn I suggest you look elsewhere. I hate to leave negative feedback, but I'm probably throwing most of this out.

Pantry moths
It wasn't as clean as I hoped it with be. Used it for grain spawn and it wasn't all that great for it. It later hatched a ton omof pantry moths and I had to get rid of it. Still dealing with the moths. I don't recommend this for grain spawn.

My package wasn’t what I was expecting ….
The package I received wasn’t hulled very well. The pieces were jagged & sharp. It also had lots of dirt / misc garbage. After receiving several other producers’ various types of bird seed with lots of moths & such, I ended up throwing the entire 25lbs away :-(

Infested with bugs
Had to throw the whole bag out, it was infested with bugs and when I opened the bag they came swarming out.

This seller I'd just awesome! I have bought from them now four times (3 received and 1 on the way). Each time so far they have exceeded all my expectations in terms of quality and service. Shipping is super-fast and the product is clean and wholesome. It's technically animal feed but. I have used the sorghum and barley to make flour and hot breakfast cereal. The oats I would not recommend for human consumption but the barley sorghum and I think the corn could be useful for families on a budget..also peppers and home brewers and distillers. I plan to try their dent corn to make traditional corn meal for cornbread! Thank you!
