Perfect replacement for OEM actuators.
Perfect replacement for the HVAC actuators in my 2012 Chevy Traverse LTZ. I used it to replace #3 in the picture - it controls if the air blows out the floor, front vents or defroster. Removed the original following the steps outlined on the enclave forum and several youtube videos. Basically you remove the glovebox and the trim cover below it and you can access #2, #3 and #4 in the picture. In order to access the screws I used a knurled thumb wheel ratchet (also called finger ratchet) Space if tight but with the right tools and strong hands it's doable. I installed this replacement which fit perfectly, Started car and everything worked like new.

Works good!
This replaced my worn out actuator on the passenger side where I had no heat! It was not easy to install but follow the YouTube videos that are available on the internet. I drilled a one inch hole in the side of glovebox jam in order to have access to the screw. I used a T20 torx bit that I magnetized in order to not lose the screws. Patience is a must. Worked good once installed. Line up slot in actuator the same way with slot on new actuator. This fixed my 2011 Buick Enclave.

Cheap garbage, not worth the time it took to install
Installed, connected, and it worked for 30 seconds then failed and quit. Cheap garbage, don’t buy this part unless you like installing it twice. Ran down the street to get a brand name at triple the cost, it functions correctly and stays working. You get what you pay for- don’t pay for this trash.

Online parts purchase.
I've bought this part from auto parts stores here in town and they always give out. Your part so far is doing the job and hopefully will stay that way. This is a first time purchasing from online so we will see how it goes and how long it lasts. Longer than the parts stores I hope anyway. Although, thank you very much guys for delivering the right part and for a reasonable price. Keep up the good work guys!!!! Thanks again.

Great, for a year.
I had this for a year. As in other reviews it is a bear to install for just 3 little screws. However, after about a year of use, the unit died on me and I had to replace. Looks like it has a lifetime warranty, but I cannot find out a way to contact the seller for a refund.

Great product at about half the cost of OEM part
Product worked perfectly to replace actuators in both the driver side and passenger side of my 2009 GMC Acadia. Watched several videos on YouTube. The driver side was easy to replace, the passenger side was a PITA. But videos helped. Had to drill an about a 1 inch hole next to glove box (glove box door will hide the hole) in order to get to one of the three screws. Lots of patience is needed. Would buy again if needed.

My problem was fixed
I was having a problem with my 2012 GMC Acadia Denali putting out hot and cold air from my vents on opposites sides. My mechanic told me that the problem was one of my actuators had gone bad. I ordered that part from Amazon and only paid for the labor. The parts work perfectly once my mechanic replace the broken actuator. I am now able to switch my cold to cold and hot to hot air. Plus, I saved money by only paying for the labor by half the cost my mechanic quoted me for parts and labor.

Perfect fit for my 2011 Acadia!
Perfect fit for my 2011 GMC Acadia! Installation wasnt the easiest as it is such a tight spot, but with some patience, I got it in. Sadly, it turns out that this was not my problem. I took it in to an auto repair shop and they said the actuator was not my problem, but it was working properly (so that's a plus). It was worth $30 to see if it would fix my problem and not have to take it in to the shop. I will always try to see if I can repair it before taking it in. 😊

Product looks exactly like original. If you are fairly handy not to bad to install. Please note you need to re calibrate mode doors after install. Need a scanner or can do it manually but it does not always work. Never had problem with scanner program
