Comfortable and great-looking rocker
I'm extremely pleased with this rocker. It's a risk buying something like this online (will it be comfortable? will it arrive undamaged? how is the quality?) This was extremely well-packaged, with lots of protection and straps around the box for easy carrying. Every linear part was encased in protective wrapping, which appeared to be done by hand and was an art in itself. My compliments to the wrapper! It took me quite a while just to take it all off. The chair had separate, flat pieces for the back, sides, seat, and lower front and back cross pieces. Parts are very well-labeled and individually wrapped. The intricacy of the design is beautiful, as is the fit and finish. The instructions could have been better and were a bit sparse, but assembly is pretty intuitive. Do be careful to keep the sides of the chair with the larger side of the screw holes facing outside, not inside. The instructions don't say that, and it is possible to put them on backwards, but then the screws won't reach (which is why some people complain on here of having to go out and buy longer screws!) Once you get that part understood, assembly is pretty easy. The chair is extremely comfortable with firm support, even after long hours of sitting, and the addition of the ottoman adds to the look and comfort. It looks great in my sunroom. What more could you ask for?

very dissapointed
pros: nice finish, good quality materials, nice overall appearance.Cons: chair sets in more of a reclining position than upright, screw holes are slightly off center from nuts ( We broke some of the wicker weaving adding pressure in order to get the bolts to line up), When assembled the brace behind the front feet on the lower front of the chair is too far forward and your feet will be placed on top of the brace instead of in front of it, I'm familiar enough with assembling products but the instructions on how to assemble and read these instructions was absolutely ridiculous, But most important of all is this chair is Not for anyone shorter than 5 feet 11 inches. If you are your feet aren't going to touch the ground.

Beautiful Solid Rocker
I received the chair with pieces nicely wrapped and no damage. There were no instructions with my chair. I called company [email protected] and they forwarded a YouTube video. Their website showed all their colors and products. If you like Rattan, there are lots of choices. The assembly took me one hour. The plugs are fragile so if you need to tap them in use a piece of cardboard over. It took me a while to figure things out and repeating video a few times, but got it put together. Chair is solid, higher profile and quite big. I am tall and plus size, so good for me. The chair rocks smoothly and accents my 1925 era House beautifully.

Good quality rattan chair missing hardware.
The chair is of nice quality and finish but over half of the assembly bolts were missing. They are metric flat head bolts which are not that easy to find. Also the assembly instructions were for the wrong chair. I did email the supplier but I never received a response.

Easy to assemble!
This rocker was easy to assemble, but the directions were written for a “chair”... “Uh oh”, at first we thought that we were sent the wrong product. (Until we saw the rockers!) The structure is made of good quality materials. Unfortunately the cushions are not very comfortable and I was disappointed with the fabric. It came with a nice letter written by the manufacturer. I feel bad writing this review. I know they work hard.

Rocker, Light Brown.
Not the greatest at putting things together without step-by-step instructions, but a picture that showed which screws go in front and which go in back worked. But once put together, I love it. I have it in my sun room and sit in it nearly everyday. I have two swivels and a regular wicker chair. Rocker is my fav. Comfy.

Assembly was super easy
I don't understand all the complaints about not having instructions. Watch the video. I have a brain injury and I was able to assemble the chairs without issue. These chairs are beautiful. Slippery on carpet, but I'm going to add non-slip treads. Seriously, don't worry about the instructions. Add to cart.

Short for tall person, uncomfortable cushion
The chair is too short on the back to have the head rested for the 6+-foot person. The cushion is certainly NOT soft, and they're not white either. But rocking is good.As for assembling, It's not easy at all. No any instruction attached to the package. Be aware:1. the front panel (taller) is different from the rear one;2) the left panel is different from the right one;3) the screws have different lengths, one cannot misuse them or you can't finish the whole.4) We have to bend the front panel a little to attach to the side rail.5) the 3 single bars are for under the chair rails. In total, it's an disappointing experience overall.
