Did you know that they're not teaching kids cursive anymore? And when I say "they," I mean SCHOOLS. Yes, that's right, the dumbing down of America continues with not teaching kids HOW TO WRITE AND READ THEIR OWN LANGUAGE. This wouldn't upset me, since I don't have kids, but my fiance has an 11-year old and she can't read or write in cursive. It's ridiculous. Why isn't her own mother teaching her? Doesn't she know? How does she read her love letters from Satan, being his bride & all? Anyway, I bought this for the kid but she tossed it aside because it's not electronic or a video game. *HEAVY SIGH*

I thought the price was a little high for what it was.

Really? The book was going really well until we got the the back where all the sentences had the incorrect spelling for the words. For instance stair instead of stare, flew instead of flu, meet instead of meat, wait instead of weight, sense instead of cents, tale instead of tail, week instead of weak, and many more but you get the picture. My grand daughter is 7 years old and this was rather distracting to her, and we could not get past it to move on. Totally took the enjoyment out of the book. She has just learned the proper spelling for the proper meanings and I don't want to confuse her. We actually bought the book so she could read cursive.

This is a good workbook if you just need practice. I am teaching Handwriting to my 3rd grader and would prefer instruction with it. Again, great for just practice!

Kids love to practice their handwriting using this product. Very successful for even reluctant writers. Affordable and fun for kids.

great practice and cute worth the money for the practice I was printing these and figured just cheaper to buy this book but I also have copied pages from it as well I do recommend this I got both print and cursive.

This is a very helpful handbook for teaching cursive handwriting. Easy to trace the letters & phrases & easy to reproduce the same letters & phrases just below the illustrations. Cute for grade 2-3.
