No batteries to deal with
Works very well to flush out food particles from between teeth. Do not fill water all the way to top as air is needed to be able to build up pressure with 8 pumps, leave about 1"of air above waterline. Does collect water runoff at base (pump handle) but not a real problem.

as recommended, works to have about a 5 second stream
It's a little tricky to use at first -- to get that constant water stream. I found that eight pumps, as recommended, works to have about a 5 second stream. However, I needed to only hold the button halfway down. If I pressed it all the way down, I got a very short stream. It managed to clean out my mouth/tonsil area fairly well, even with my gag reflex.

Hard to control
Well constructed, but it's very hard to control the stream of water. The velocity is either too hard, causing some discomfort, or it's too weak. Have tried to adjust the pressure, but it is very hard to control the water stream.

Waste of money!
I cant get this to spray for more that 5 seconds. It was worth a try but a total waste of money😩 Reading the reviews it sounded good but dont waste your money!!

I bought 3 of these. One of which I never received. The 2 that I did buy are now broken. I would not recommend.

Love this thing
Love this thing! Yes the stream is not as strong as a "real" one but it's easy to use & fabulous for travel.Just make sure to follow the directions before the 1st time you use it.
