I bought this as a gift for my husband to make our Friday Night Fish Fry. Well, he does much more than that. He loves this thing and friends have seen it in action and are impressed. It does take a lot of oil, but it heats up great and produced quality restaurant style food. Extremely great value! So far it has been easy to clean. It does take a little time to clean but not difficult. No issues with leaking or anything else that I had read in previous reviews. And we have probably used it at least a dozen times so far, if not more.

Absolutely excellent product. I was concerned at the first moment but now I totally changed my mind. Be sure to have a power line which can withstand the necessary current to permit the machine to work properly and you will have a lot of satisfaction. Oil temp from ambient to 180 °C in less than 15 minutes with full tank. Easy to clean (don't touch the probes) and very great money for value.

Works well. Its a good addition to the concession equipment rental line in my event service company. Cleans up fast, and is easy to use. Good for no more than medium volume use. Don't try for heavy duty high volume use. Its not intended for that type of use in my estimation.

Warning: Do touch when on. You will get burned! Entire surface is burning hot !!! Does not reach temperature, only about 340 max. Cheap tin, flimsy small basket does not hold more than a 2qt small fryer, cheap made, over half the oil is below the basket. Takes 2 gallons of oil to fill and only about 2 quarts is available to fry anything. Oil container does not remove so it is impossible to clean completely. This is a total waste of money !!! It is worthless !! One of the worst things I have ever purchased on Amazon !!! 0 STARS !!!

Works great. Love the the duo fryer, can cook twice as fast and different things at the same time. You do need separate breakers or they can trip.

Best value out there Convenient and Cleaning is a breeze, that's important I hated to spend twice as much time Cleaning up as I did cooking!! Have the commercial griddle also and have been using it every day for the past couple of months!! Don't know what I would do without them!! Just wipe them down And cleanup is done until next time!! I have a wonderful matching set now and got covers for them both!! Love them both!!

I use this table top deep fryer on my food truck I am a sweet food truck owner and this fryer does its job the temperature stays at the temperature that you set it. It holds the temperature for at least 6 to 8 hours it's easy to pour the grease out it collects all of the crumbs that's left behind the only thing I would suggest is to add the oil like it says before you turn it on it will smoke and it will catch on fire
