I take this for PCOS symptoms and along with Chaste Tree for mood stabilizing, it’s perfect to keep weight gain, acne, and unwanted hair growth at bay. I also watch my diet with sugar and carbs that turn into sugar, so between lifestyle and this powder, I can live a pretty normal life. It has no real flavor which makes it easy to drink in some water with my other supplements. It’s easy to use, the powder doesn’t explode in the air when you use it, but it doesn’t clump up either. It’s perfect.

I can't say enough good things about this powder. To be honest I thought it was only for reproductive purposes but it is for the reproductive system. There's no gritty taste - the drink dissolves just fine into water without much stirring effort. She also noticed it help with some of her menopause symptoms. I ordered this Fairhaven Health CycleBoost Vegan Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol Powder to try instead of the capsules. I take inositol to help with weight loss and hopefully to lower triglycerides and blood sugar levels. This powder mixes easily well with cold liquids, I use it in my protein shake. I don't detect any taste from it at all. I take it twice a day so this will last me for about three months.

My wife says that this product is a lifesaver for her. She’s going through menopause and gets hot flashes and she claims that this product has been extremely effective and helpful in reducing her symptoms. The bulk package is enough for months which makes it more cost effective than the capsules she used to buy. I’m a big believer in saving money so we’ll be buying more.

We had no issues at all with this. Its taste and consistency are a lot like confectioner's sugar - though not quite as sweet. It mixes very easily in water. Although this is a large, expensive tub, this is actually about 1/3rd less expensive than similar products I've seen in capsules. So if you're committed to inositol, and want the latest and greatest forms of it, this is a good choice.

As a women with PCOS, this item did not work for me. Rather it worsened my symptoms, I gained weight and it didn’t help regulate my period.

Easy to take. I see some improvement in my monthly cycle. Its expensive but you do get a HUGE container.
