I recently purchased the beatXP Vortex Active Air Bike Exercise Cycle for my home gym, and I've had a mixed experience with it. I had purchased the product with installation service from Amazon. I received no call from installation team on scheduled time. When I called amazon they asked to check with beat xp customer care, when I called beat xp customer service they again asked to check with Amazon. After many follow-up calls with beat xp team, finally their representative started saying sorry sir we are unable to deliver service on time, you have to wait again. Finally we have to do installation by ourselves that too is not easy like is shown in video. Worst service, in first place their support team will try to misguided you, after you will provide them all the details, they will just reiterate the sorry. For they it's very easy to commit anything, do not follow their commitment, then just say sorry again and again at the time when customer asks for service he paid for.

Was looking for an affordable good quality excercise bike and zeroed in on this BeatXP product. Took almost a week to be delivered! The product was pretty decently packed although there were some wear and tear to the carton the product inside had no fault. The material is of good quality. Was easy to assemble following the manual given along with the Product. With one week of usage completely satisfied with the product! Will surely recommend it to someone looking for an affordable entry level Excercise bike!

I've recently bought this Air bike it is working fine every part they've provided is worth and strong enough but major drawback is installation some of the parts were got bend and their irregular shape. Also pedals didn't provided with washers couldn't able to remove them and fit them to the bike. couldn't able to fit many of them. Later I've considered help for hardware worker he helped me with his tools for installation. My request for Amazon or beatXP please provide this product at best quality with out any damages or lost in shape.

Product is good comparison to price from retail market. In market price starting from 12000. Product is good in material wise but main concern only raised every person are not good in installation. When I tried to call concern ed person whose number is given in amzon they asked installation charges .but they are not ready to provide Invoice .asking money in what's app to transfer it. Which looks fraud. I got fed up with service .I cancelled the product. But my mom needed in urgent so due to that I have to call a guy from local area who do repair and installation of cycle. So this is a story. Moral is when you purchase if you know how to install then go for it . other wise purchase from genuine product from brand company.
