Broken mug received but replacement sent before Xmas.
3 mugs received, one was broken. Replacement sent and arrived before Xmas. Good communication and service. Mugs good quality. Highly recommend.

not as good as the picture advertised
Bought this as Christmas gifts so was quite disappointed with the quality of the print on the mug, the writing and the picture looks quite blurry..certainly not as sharp as the picture advertised on the website. Other than that they're decent mugs.
