Teng 1479MM 9 Metric 1.5-10mm Ball-Point Hex Key Set

What can I say they're Teng, as an industrial engineer I do batter my tools in general day to day use, but these are fantastic quality as can always be expected from Teng

Went for a quality name and wasn't disappointed. Easy to use. Handy wallet to keep them all together and in size order.

I've used these like no one else. My boss at the time actually was borrowing them on a huge piece of machinery we were designing. Long story short it runs on some tracks and he left it on the track sticking out of a bolt, I proceeded to move the machinery full speed and crash into the key and jam the entire thing. I'm talking 3-4 tonnes worth of equipment all baring down on one 6mm key. We eventually got it unjammed and the key, although a little bent (and I mean only a little) still has it's perfect hex shape and works as normal.I was amazed. even the finish was intact, so still not rusting. Honestly if you're looking for a good key set, these ones right here.

Another well Engineered set of tools from Teng, they’ve been made from a durable material which will stand up heavy duty use. These particular Allen keys have been finished to a good standard and fit into socket head bolts with almost no movement. I’m also impressed with the choice of material used of the plastic holder, doesn’t feel brittle at all and should last as long as the actual Allen keys do.

As Teng products go, these are of the sort of quality one might expect. Happy with these and found them to be very good value.

Can't say much for the long haul as I've not had this particular set long but all of the teng tools I own I have never had a problem and still use them. This particular set the strength of the smaller keys surprised me with how sturdy they were and for the price which is at least half that if a wera set I'm very happy with them and honestly wouldn't bother buying the wera if you don't mind losing the colour coding
