Grillgold Wood Smoking Dust Bucket 5,5 liters Maple

First thoughts are that over 6-7 hours cold smoking this imparts a lovely, sweet, quite subtle mapley flavour to the pork belly I first used it on. much nicer than oak. I suspect I'll be buying another tub in a few weeks time.

Great value and burns well in the CSG.
