Does support the back, and helps keep it warm but as with all these items, unles you have abl like a body builder it causes bulges and rolls of fat at the front. It also makes going to the toilet a strip down job if worn over the clothes, I am sensative to these items directly on my bare skin so I have to have them over my clothes. Does help but alas there is no miracke cure fot=r back pain.

Bulging disk in lower back almost immobilised and then I got this. Initially wore it 6 hours a day but I now find I only need it when I am mucking the ponies out or similar exercise. It stays in place and can be worn under or over clothing equally effectively. I am overweight so the belt does not stay flat in front when I sit down so that is when I take it off.

I use it while working or going out of house. I have discs problems. It is helping but also hurting my hips at the same time. I don't wear it all day. It gets uncomfortable when sitting, keeps rolling.

Purchased to replace a different, faulty one previously bought on amazon. So much better quality and more sturdy...

Well it's not bad but it helps if you have a flat tummy,as I can't say I am flat so it's rather uncomfortable after a bit.

Easy to use given the back support

I am sure that this a great product, but I do have a gut and it trends to roll 😢

I was diagnosed with Cancer and poly Arthritis and eventually prescribed a course of medication that included a very high dosage of steroids which I have now been on long term.When I was on chemo that amount increased by 67% for a week before coming down again. Amongst the many horrible side effects of this medication was that I swelled up and my body weight ballooned. Prior to Covid and getting ill I weighed 90Kgs, then during lockdown and on admittance to hospital I was 100Kgs and losing weight but today I am anywhere between 120-130Kgs - more than I have ever been. As a result, medically induced Diabetes and its horrible side effects was added to my ailments.Most of the weight has gone onto my trunk and inflicts an enormous amount of pain to my middle, lower back and hips and despite the pain killers and extra analgesia at my disposal this does not even begin to reduce the pain I get and I just have to push my way through it wherever I happen to find myself.Looking around for a solution and even a small reduction in pain I came across this product. I have had some relief and at times the pain temporarily goes away. I did not expect much from the FREETOO Air Mesh Back Support Belt but it has exceeded expectations hence 4 stars. If I could change anything about the product I would make the belt and the crossover straps wider.Finally, a sobering thought: 1 out of every 2 people is expected to get Cancer i.e. 50% of the population and whilst it is survivable please let it NOT be YOU!
