One of my favourite products. Been using it for a couple of years now. Caffeine content is just the right amount for me. Comes in a nice shiny packaging. Pills can be split in half or three's according to the needs. It definitely gives you that caffeine kick without downing gallons of coffee.Wouldn't recommend it to anyone with low tolerance to living an awesome life.Cheers

I'm suspecting the reports by some of no effect may be because the tablets are not dissolving in people using anti-acids/proton-pump-inhibitors etc for gastric reflux, stomach ulcers or whatever. The tablets are hard and have that pass-straight-through vibe about them. I'm speculating though.They work at the expected level for me but they aren't quick-dissolve like power-kick/pro-plus, so I've taken to the inconvenience of crushing a tablet up so I'm out of bed within 10 minutes.EDIT: so I did an experiment, see the pics. I put two tablets each in hydrochloric acid (stomach acid is this, we have acid stronger than many vultures), vinegar and water. They each started falling apart within a few minutes, but after a day the acid ones have collapsed complete and the water ones did not go so far. Perhaps the caffeine is trapped in the water particles. Big speculation though. But explaining the reports of no effect is a headscratcher otherwise.So maybe people need to be downing some cider vinegar. With a bit of sugar it's quite tasty.

I have to admit, after using this product for a couple of months, I have noticed very little focus and alertness during my workouts. This was a replacement for pre-workout. Unfortunately, no good results were showing, and you can most likely stick to a cup of coffee before your exercise. 3/5 in total, and they are easy to swallow.

Just started working out again to lose some of the lockdown weight. So these come in handy for that extra boost 🙌#update - been taking these about a week now in the mornings & I can honestly say they really do help with my workouts 💯 I even keep a couple in my purse for when I'm out just in case I start feeling drained ect

I am a bad sleeper and so I thought I would buy these so I can fuunction as a human being during the day. I frst took 2 with some orange juice and no reaction. i had to make myself a cup of strong british tea or coffee to get a caffine hit. I do wonder if there is any caffine in them and what is in them.
