I am redesigning my new garden and have covered it in plastic. I originally bought the plastic pegs but found them to be quite fragile when using them to anchor down the plastic. Several broke and so these are the replacement.Wish I had purchased these to begin with. They are sturdy, were easy to hammer in with a mallet, and have not torn the plastic. They have held the plastic down in high winds.All in all a good buy.

Happy with the purchase and they arrived very quickly.They secured the fabric weed membrane in place very easily and made spreading the slate chippings around a lot quicker without getting snagged in the matting overlap.Would recommend.

Becomes rusty a few days after going in ground. Not recommended for holding down weed membrane as there is not enough metal to grip and hold on to material. Membrane lifts with this product under windier conditions.

very good quaity but with really stony ground the odd one or two can be bent and you need to relocate an inch or two to get around this.

Worked well along with my weed control fabric to create a new path in the garden. They are a good size and strong, they only bent a little when they hit a big stone in the ground, very pleased.

I have used this to anchor cat netting over a bed to deter cats, and it has proved to be robust, deep and strong enough to keep everything in place.
