KiZE Bar, Cookie Dough, 10g Protein, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Non-GMO, 8 Simple Ingredients

These KiZE Energy Bars (Cookie Dough flavor) have become one of my go-to bars! They’re seriously delicious — the flavor is like a treat but with all the clean ingredients I can actually feel good about eating. I love that they’re gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and non-GMO, and I can pronounce every ingredient on the label (which is rare these days!). They’re the perfect quick snack or meal replacement when I’m on the go, and I really appreciate the balance of 10g of protein with real ingredients like peanut butter, almond butter, honey, and dates. You can tell there’s nothing artificial in them. If you like cookie dough flavor and want something clean and satisfying, these are a total win. I’ll definitely be ordering these again!

We are obsessed with these bars. I’ve already ordered several boxes because they are the best taste and texture I’ve found that also has good ingredients.

I purchase these regularly from Sams Club, so this is my first time ordering from Amazon. They were shipped in a box with KiZE branding and included a cooling brick and insulation. They were received cool on a warm summer day, but the packaging and product box were a bit soggy. I like the taste of the cookie dough bars. I have also tried the Peanut Butter and those are also tasty, but need some water to wash them down. I really like the quality ingredients and the low ingredient count. I really appreciate them not adding any UPFs and will pay more for products that exclude them. I recommend keeping them refrigerated otherwise the chocolate chips turn gooey and stay gooey. Gooey chips can make a mess if they crumble like they do sometimes. When they are refrigerated, the cookie dough bars are a bit chewy. Not an issue. Still good.

No gross aftertaste. The texture is smooth (except for he chocolate pieces). It is more firm than cookie dough. It is sturdy enough to leave in a bag or purse, so you have a snack when you need one.

I’ve tried so many protein bars and disliked them all! Kize has changed that! I love that it’s gluten free and dairy free, soft and chewy, tastes great and use only eight all natural ingredients! The company is mission based, which is a bonus in my opinion!
