I loved it. And it was worth the money.

On first glance, this is warped, and if you use it straight out of the box, it is uncomfortable. However, if you unzip it and give the foam five minutes to absorb air, it will return to its original shape and give support evenly -- you won't even be able to tell that it was warped on arrival. (See the difference in the photos I took, only a few minutes apart) However, use caution when handling the gel foam directly -- it tears very easily.I'm a large person but it seems the perfect size to me! To be fair, I use it upside down because it is more comfortable to me that way. For $15 this is a great value.I was a bit concerned about it being memory foam because I usually don't find that comfortable, but this is the perfect thickness, squishy yet supportive.

I almost returned this because when you first open it, it is very small and flimsy. But it came in a vaccum seal bag. So i read some reviews and took the unit out of the case and let it expand and wow it was so worth it. There are marks on the inside that at first glance looks like mold but its the markings from the case cover. It is black that is not mold. I would highly recommend this case. Im thinking about purchasing another one.

It is just what I thought it would be. I purchased it for work and it gives me the back support that I need. I love it.

Not what I thought it would be , very small

This is a very cushy lumbar support pillow. I bought this one and another to see which I liked better. This one I installed in my car. It makes the seat so comfortable. It provides the support I need while also making me very comfortable. The elastic straps and clips are very easy to secure the pillow to the seat while making it easy to move to a different seat if necessary. I'm very happy with it.

I developed a bad disc that led to sciatica. So I bought this pillow to use sitting up in bed.

When looking at the product picture description, the representation looks like as if a full size human would be able to rest their back in comfort . Comfort, yes it was almost immediate. It is also heavier than you would think and it is firm as I was when younger. However, the model must of bee like 4 foot tall since i was expecting to rest my entire back on it in comfort. There must be a good two inches on either side that does not fit my back. I must admit, I did not read the size as medium, that is on me but I am satisfied regardless and for that is the only reason I would give it only 4 stars since even though the dimensions are present, they need to use a relatively normal human size person.
