An Outstanding product. I have been in the home improvement industry for over 20 years. I have tested and used hundreds of different items for various purposes. Recently I have tried just about every non toxic product known to clean my shower basin. It had the worn look even though it was clean. I purchased this ZAP Product not knowing if it would work. The only other choice was to replace the shower basin. I used the ZAP product and proof is in the before and afters I have shared. Worked as stated and was very easy to use. I would highly recommend this product. I hardly write reviews and when I do it is because something I have purchased and tried exceeded my expectations.

I did not get the advertised great results.

It takes out the dark spots the non-skid part deterrence kind of brownish at the bottom of your tub. It brings it back white, also the black around the tile where the toilet is. He brings the tile white also I really like it.

I have used this product in the past with great results. I purchased a home with filthy tile/grout and I ran out of my original bottle so I went online and ordered more. I noticed the packaging was different. In my photo you can see the top grout lines that I used the original bottle on. I let it sit for about 15 minutes then scrubbed it off. The new product was put on the darker area grout lines. I ended up leaving some on overnight. You can see that it didn't clean it at all. I would not have thought it had been cleaned at all except that I did it myself. So I wondered if the formula was changed. It definitely was. The original formula had muriatic acid and sulfuric acid. The new product is only phosphoric acid. There is nothing remotely similar in these products except for it's the same name. Very dissatisfied.

I recently purchased this product in order to clean and restore areas in my home that I was unable to do with many other products I have purchased that claimed to work and actually did not. ZAP WORKED AS STATED PERIOD. I am an elderly woman and it was easy to use and with minimal toxicity. I didn’t need to wear safety glasses but as always I do with any product just in case. I did see another review where a user said it worked great but she had a comment about toxicity. Any product that has any level of acidity whether minimal or high needs to always be handled with care. This product was very easy to use and even smelled fine and most importantly it WORKED... I highly recommend this product.

Worked ok but not exceptional on my older white porcelain tile. We do have extremely hard water here.

I have used this product new. and ran out so I reordered. This is the best cleaner for getting hard stains from a toilet bowl, it will make your bowl look brand new and easy to use.
