I’ve been using this supplement for several days and haven’t had any issues or adverse reactions after taking them. I’ve used several supplements from this brand, and my experience with the brand has been really good overall. However, I found this tablet somewhat confusing. It says quick-dissolve, and it’s flavored, so I assumed that I shouldn’t just swallow it. But is this supposed to be sublingual? Or just dissolved in the mouth? The directions don’t say, and I pored over the product page and couldn’t figure it out either. So I felt reluctant to take it, just because I didn’t know whether I was taking it correctly. I hope they update the information so that I feel more comfortable taking it in the future.
