I don’t know what happened to my gut biome but one day I started having daily bouts of diarrhea and had begun to wonder if I had developed IBS or something, all while struggling with weight gain. Didn’t make logical sense. I read about the product in an info click bait and decided to research it before buying. Finally after weeks of no relief in my situation and feeling tired all the time I bought a container.I’m not saying it has healed everything under the stars, but after only two days the diarrhea stopped. I initially had a fear that I would swing completely to constipation but to my relief things just went back to normal daily BMs. And to top it off I’ve lost a few pounds!Yes I had talked to my doctor about the whole situation and got the typical “We can run a bunch of tests and you need a better diet, let me write you a prescription, buh-bye.” I’m sick of doctors who won’t listen to the patient and apparently get paid by Pharmaceutical companies to push drugs. Just get out of medicine if you don’t want to actually HEAL people.Also, yes the container is larger than expected and it is only about half full. It’s sold by weight not by volume. I think they could save some $$ on packaging by using smaller containers but the weight matches the label … For those who posted complaints - do the homework.And the Citrus tastes good. Light, clean with a lemon/strawberry citrus flavor.

Like others the container is much larger than it needs to be. It doesn’t work as good as Metamucil for regularity. The unknown factor is what it may be improving on the inside. I’m 2 weeks in on using the product.What I don’t like is how the powder flies up, like when you open the container or put the scoop of powder into the water. I hold my breath and turn my head away. It doesn’t mix well, plus it seems to burn a little when I drink it. I’ve added more water, but it didn’t seem to help.Three stars, which means I’m neutral.

There’s other products most suited for leaky gut….search them out perhaps start w Gundry, Isaac Eliaz and or Modern day integrative health practioners, etc….theres too many triggers in here that in essence keep your colon irritated from the black pepper, citric acid, erythema sweetener, knowing this could be a factor for cystitis and ibs, the footlong infomercial with Randy sounded promising, gave it a whirl, set backs with pain and spasms still giving it time to work and no results. No returns……not worth the money, hype,, you may be able to tolerate this, but your audience who don’t tolerate this formulation and can’t can’t return it, that’s the pisser Randy. That’s about as sour as the product tastes, sugar coated way to much too!

This is a wonderful product. I have tried so many probiotics and none with this positive affect. I first tried my first container from a family member who purchased it from the product website and I was out of town and ran out of it was fortunate that I had prime and could get on Amazon and have it delivered right away. Thank goodness for prime and Unify being available through Amazon. This product has given me so much comfort and joy I thought I could never have. Anyone who has a back up or gas problems this works so well and provides comfort without discomfort. The amount you get in your jar is enough for 30 days and the extra space in the jar is needed for free flow and to keep the product flowing. Thank you.

it helps with your digestion improves your gut health and energy. I noticed a difference after the 2nd day of taking this. I had a friend try 1 serving of this and he bought a package of this stuff and both our energy is improved also I am not as hungry all the time. I take 1 serving of this with ice water and add some Splenda orange to it for better flavor. I use only cold water as I am not sure if hot might damage the enzymes.

The container that I got only contained maybe just maybe 1/3 of the container! For costing as much as it did you would think you would get a full container. Also I would post a picture but the system wouldn't let me.

I just opened the jar and it is only 1/4 full. I know products can settle and containers may not seem full, BUT I expected the jar to be at LEAST half full! Also, it doesn’t dissolve completely in water.
