These are fairly large , hard, thick biscuits for trifles . They hold a lot of liquid and keep their shape well without disintegrating .Nice texture when fully absorbed liquids and taste nice .

High quality, perfect value

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of these biscuits when I tried them on their own. My brother had previously made some that had an unpleasant smell and taste of eggs, so these were a welcome change. The airy texture of these biscuits made them perfect for our tiramisu. They soaked up the espresso and wine in a delightful way, enhancing the overall flavour of the dessert. Considering the price I paid for these biscuits, I was more than satisfied with my purchase. I was able to enjoy my tiramisu to the fullest extent with these biscuits, which added a subtle sweetness to every bite. I was relieved that none of the biscuits were damaged during cooking, as they are quite delicate. This made the cooking experience more enjoyable for me.

Excellent, the real deal, real Italian, I made the most wonderful strawberry tiramisu with them. Always buy the real Italian Lady fingers.;
