Quentin Tea Company Gourmet Tea Storage Chest- 144 Bag Capacity

Nice, quality, heavy box! I can't tell if this is solid wood, or engineered wood with masterful veneer. I am leaning towards solid wood, but I can't tell the type from the grain (maybe beech or maple - it seems too heavy to be pine and doesn't have the large grain of oak). Either way, it is not only heavy, but the hinges (although not super thick) seem very strong and fairly well made. I didn't notice any flaws (inside or out). The compartments are large enough for Tazo tea bags, and the lid is high enough so it doesn't mash the tops of the packets.

This box is wonderful. I bought it for my husband, who had a lot of half-empty boxes of tea in a drawer. It's nicely finished, has plenty of slots for our wide selection, and fits on our counter without being obtrusive. We've gotten many compliments from our friends and family, who have asked for the link to the very box. As of February 1st, it seems this box is currently unavailable. I hope it comes back soon.The box feels like it has a felt-type layer of both the bottom and the top. The compartments are made of single pieces of wood with notches in them that slide together to form the 12 boxes. The lid sits on the bottom section and doesn't have to be forced into place (there's a little lip that forms a "seal" between the top and bottom). The tea bags sit upright, and each compartment holds a large number of bags. I made a table on a piece of paper for quick identification, and attached it to the top of the box.

The box is very well made and attractive. individual wrapped teabags fit well n the compartments and there is room for several varieties. I am pleased with my purchase.

Perfect! This fits a ton of tea bags and I have no problem closing the top when it's full. I spent a lot of time researching boxes before I bought because I didn't want a box I had to lay the tea bags flat in. The divider is sturdy, is designed to lean back slightly, and is removable for easy cleaning. Felt lined on the top inside, bottom inside, and bottom outside.

Now it’s easy to just grab what kind of tea I wish to drink at the time. I wish it was twice as big though as we have a very large selection.

Love this tea chest. It holds a lot and is pretty enough to keep out on the counter!

This is a lovely box. It is well-made and works great when hosting gatherings. It holds a nice variety of tea bags, especially Stash tea bags.

It is not the color pictured. It is much lighter. I would’ve chosen a different box had I known what the color was like.
