They work great
These caddies installed very easily into our IBM x3650 M2. However, IBM does not use conventional Philips screws for the caddy, but rather security screws. You will need to invest a special tool kit, but in our case we just used our thumbs to twist them in. Great quality caddies that don't burn a hole in your wallet!I would recommend these to someone who needs new caddies for their machine(s).

Works fine, has no screws though so if you don't have low profile screws it may not work
The sled is fine but if you don't have the low profile sink screws and try and use a standard hard drive screw they won't fit
