I love the plastic cover for the zester. I needed a new one and I saw this one paired with another item I was purchasing. I like the handle and the vibrant yellow color -- I know exactly where it is in my kitchen gadget drawer. The only issue I had was one of the first times I used it, the zester scraped up three of my fingers from how sharp the teeth were, after a bit of usage, I've learned how to hold my hand or the zester. It has a well if you are a professional chef, to catch all of the zest of oranges/limes/lemons. Overall I like it.

It's the bee's knees. Be very careful though while grating, it's incredibly fast and you run the potential of grating your fingertips. I've done it once already unfortunately, but I'm happy it could do that. Great buy.

Have you ever zested a lemon with a cheese grater? I don’t recommend it, but I finally don’t have to do that anymore! The handle is soft and the metal grooves are sharp. The cover is a nice touch as it is in the drawer. Just in time for baking season!!

Very very sharp. Does exactly what it’s suppose to do no problems at all. Just watch your hands.

I purchased this Zester for zesting Lemons , primarily. It didn’t seem sharp enough as it didn’t zest properly It cuts into my lemon more than it did zest it. I’m sending it back.

This is definitely a high quality zester. It is VERY sharp. (I shaved off some of my thumb the first time I used it). As long as you're careful, great tool for the kitchen.
