It was okay. Soft material. The divider inside was not full.

DOES NOT HAVE Velcro like advertised in the pictures. That was the only reason I bought it for, because without it, the products slide under that divider and fall out the bag.

Waste of money the compartment is not attached so its basically useless for separating items. Im returning immediately completely cheap and over priced .

It takes a lot for me to physically put my fingers to work and write a review. And I feel compelled to write one for this product. I love it. And I’m ordering another one. The design is amazing. It’s a compact size yet it holds a remarkable amount of product. The lack of stiffness as people mentioned (which was my concern) was not as bad as people were saying. It’s a solid patent leather and very nice strong metal zipper and overall made well. It’s not boxy like people intended but I’m not mad cause if it was boxy, it would be difficult for the bag to zip or limited to what would fit. Plus the softness helps maculate it to traveling I would presume. I bought this for my summer trip. But it’s now an unexpected makeup back atm and I want to get another one for hair/body care. Love it. 20/10.
