Worthy product.worth the price . Good air flow

Performance wise the fan is worth it, looks is average and decent. I have just started using it so will update further after using it for few months

Good product and good service

Earlier bought the same fan and performance is good until now. This season, I ordered another piece but disappointed with fan. The fan's head is not centred and wobbles, but getting good air , will get more air if not wobbles. If left like this, bearing get hit . Now itself little noise coming. This time, first fan had this problem, now the replaced one also does the same, I tried all before replacing both the fan's. Failed and looking for quality replacement. This time both product package itself damaged and looks like refurbished one. Unnecessarily I have paid technician twice which is half the price of fan itself. Please send fresh one. Usually I get quality product from this vendor. Let's see.

Not a very fast fan... Ok ok speed good for a small room

Electrican who came to install the celling fan told me that this is not the orginal fan as it has metal body! Not sure if this was documented in the description

So, I purchased this fan about a year ago. It was working well, although the air distribution wasn't great, it was somewhat satisfactory. The real problem started two weeks ago when it stopped working. I heard a strange sound when I turned on the fan, and it emitted a burning smell. I immediately turned it off, but it seemed the fan had gotten fried. I then called customer service and logged a complaint for a service call. To my surprise, I received multiple calls from local technicians asking about the issue and my location. I explained everything, but they weren't sure which service circle my area fell under, so I provided the name of the nearest town. They then said a different team handled complaints for that location and would transfer the call. As promised, I received another call, and they again asked about the location and issue, assuring me that someone would attend to the complaint. However, no one showed up even after a week, and I didn't receive any further calls. Today, I received a WhatsApp message stating that my complaint was closed because I was unreachable. I'm extremely disappointed in Crompton's customer service - it feels like they're not taking their customers' issues seriously. A faulty product and poor after-sales support? Not what I expected from a brand like Crompton.
