Been taking this product (2 pills a day at once in the morning on training days, and 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening on off days to 'maintain' the benefits). It takes about a week or so for the supplement to produce any noticeable benefits. Suffice to say, when used consistently using, the product definitely seems to lift up stamina, boost lean muscle mass and strength at the gym. I'm a seasoned weightlifter training for 6+ years now and focus on getting bigger and bigger (muscular). Ended up reordering.

After using this for 2 weeks i noticed benefits very quickly such as improved strength, now this doesn't inherently increase strength and muscle mass but it allows for your muscles to grow a small bit quicker than normal due to it increasing muscle recovery and because of the quicker muscle recovery time my bench increased very quickly i also some how lost fat percentage and went from 9% to 7% in around 2 weeks.

So I purchased and used this product for just over two months and it gave me severe acne. After coming off for a couple of weeks, the acne got better so I thought maybe a coincidence. Started taking it again and the acne came back so not good at all. A friend of mine was also using the same product and he started developing rashes on his skin so stopped using and has gotten better since. He gave me his bottle and I decided to open one of his capsules and one of mine from each bottle. His capsule had a very light yellow powder which was similar to flour whereas mine looked more like a fine brown sugar with a similar smell to brown sugar. Unfortunately I do not believe that there is any of what is specified in this product. I’ve no idea what I’ve been ingesting but all I know is it absolutely annihilated my skin. Never again.
