Great for stretching neck to relieve pinched nerve pain
I bought this item because I have advanced disc degeneration in my spinal column that especially affects my cervical area (neck). Occasionally I get flare-ups in the nerves in my neck causing me extra pain & suffering. I used to use an inversion table to try and stretch my neck to relieve some of the pressure on the pinched nerves, but just hanging upside down wasn’t enough to relieve the pressure on the nerves. I needed some kind of weight to pull my head downward while handing upside down and that kind of a set up was impractical. When I came across this product I thought that it might be worth a try so I ordered it. I tested it out today and it appears to work very similarly to the neck traction devices that they use at physical therapy offices. As you can see in the attached photos, I hooked the device over a closed door and set an office computer chair next to the door. This chair has an air pressure height adjustment lever on the bottom side of the seat. I started with the chair in the highest position, hooked myself into the apparatus then slowly lowered the chair until I had the desired upward pressure on my head & neck. The trick is to make sure you get the harness centered properly around the back of your skull and your chin so that it pulls your head up straight. There is a tag inside the harness saying which direction is the front. Make sure you pay attention to that or it will not work properly. The harness is comfortable and seems to be well make & durable. Time will tell on long term use, but so far I am very pleased with it and can recommend it for anyone in a situation similar to mine. It is reasonably priced so that it won’t break the bank for most people who want to give it a try. Tom K

Cheap and Dangerous
If this product worked it would be great. However, the first one broke while I was in the middle of using it. And got a replacement thinking it was a defect. It happens, no big deal. Got the second one and the same issue. They use cheap plastic. When you’re stretching your neck out and that clasp breaks it’s scary and dangerous. Find a better built one for a few more bucks. Don’t risk this one. Thankfully I wasn’t injured either time.

Great Portable Neck Relief
It's pretty decent & Slightly Uncomfortable but Efficient. You just HAVE TO be REALLY CAREFUL because Any Manipulation of your Cervical Joints Can Be Dangerous. Follow the Directions Carefully & Don't Overdo it. Use the System Slowly & Gradually, otherwise I'm glad I have it & I like that I can Travel with it.

Get stronger straps.
It works, but you have to figure out how to hang it that suits your needs. I hung it on my pull up bar and it popped all my neck vertebrae but then the sewn strap broke. I had to tie my own strap to use it. I’m 190 lbs so it probably wasn’t my rated for that although it should be. I mean, I might just attach my 500 lb rachet straps on the damn thing.

Works well
Having an issue on the left side of my neck, my chiropractor even said it being "jambed up". I used it for 15 minutes a day for the last two weeks I was able to reduce the knot in my left side back and able to get movement. It may not be for everybody but it worked well for me. Anymore than 15 minutes I'm not sure if there's anymore benefit but daily use really helped me

Good idea but poorly built
I actually like the product, it stretches my cervical neck really well, but the product built is not that good, and it really can hurt the user where they not expecting the stiches snaps off.
