The media could not be loaded. I must’ve gotten a bad one. Not worth sending it back. Doesn’t keep charging after it flashes and says that it’s charging. If it ever does charge, and claims 100%, it doesn’t hold the charge for more than a couple of days. I went back to the charger that my watch came with and the battery holds up for a week.UPDATED 12-19-24 Seller was very kind and contacted me and said that the charger may have been damaged in shipping. They sent me a new one and this one is PERFECT!!! Charges quickly and holds a charge for a very long time. Seller made this a very happy purchase for me. This charger takes up more space than the charger that comes with the fitbit charge 6 - but in my opinion it's a tiny bit easier to use. It's sort of magnetic and 'grabs' the fitbit and holds it. Also, I think it's about as small as it could be and still be functional - but it does take more of footprint than the provided charger. So far so good. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. I originally gave them one star review because it wasn't charging consistently. The company contacted me and offered me a refund or another charger, saying that it might have been damaged in shipping. I opted for the new charger. The new charger is excellent and charges consistently. I now charge my Fitbit every Sunday and have more than enough charge to last the week. I would recommend this charger.

I've had issues with this charger ever since I bought it. The power button is unnecessary. Since I got it, it never just started charging, I had to put my fit bit on and off multiple times and press the power button multiple times. I decided to cut my losses and just deal with it but now its not working at all. No matter how many times I unplug it, press the power button or put my fit bit on an off its not charging. Now I have to buy another charger. No I do not reccomend this product.

I am extremely happy with this Fitbit charger. It works great!
