Met limited expectations despite VERY late delivery
Delivery was way too late, despite promises it would be delivered 10 days earlier, (and i had paid for that Delivery promise) I received it 22nd December. However it did finally arrive and it wasn't so bad. Pretty decent tree for the price

Looks nothing like the picture!
Nothing like the picture in the listing!! Don't buy if you think it will be full and bushy. Kept because we needed a tree and it will just about suffice. The box it came in almost fitted through my letterbox!!

It's nothing like the photo
I was not expecting a great tree for this price, but it was even worse than I could have imagined, and some of the branches came broken. The seller didn't respond to any of my 5 messages and I had to talk to Amazon customer service to get some compensation. Terrible product (I can't stress this enough, it's really bad) and even worse customer service.

No refund available and seller did not respond to any of my messages. Also unable to teturn via a-z guarantee. Nothing like the photo and many branches broke when setting up. Really dissapointed, out of pocket and stuck with a faulty tree. Only rated 1 star so I could post this, would have given them none if possible

Horrendous product and unresponsive seller
Don’t do it guys. The thing isn’t the same as the picture and you can’t even easily get a refund. Going the this long winded process now 😞

Its that bad its funny!!
Honestly i shoild of known better. But i couldnt stop laughing at how not like the pictured tree it was.. seriously dont waste you money ...
