I so love this Chef coat it’s so cool and flexible in the kitchen

Pros:The fit of this chef coat has impressed us. My husband finds it comfortable, with enough room for movement without being too loose. It's clearly designed with wearability in mind.The color is another plus point. The Ocean Blue adds a stylish touch, making it a unique and attractive choice, especially if you want to stand out a bit from the traditional chef coat colors.It's also constructed well and seems durable, holding up nicely to washing and daily wear around the kitchen.Cons:The fabric's texture might not be to everyone's liking. It has a somewhat synthetic or "plasticly" feel that took my husband a little getting used to. It's not a major issue but something to be aware of if you're particular about fabric textures.

Reviewing: "Chef Works mens Arcadia Chef Coat"This is an amazing chef's coat. I am not a professional chef, but I ordered this because I was tired of remembering to change into an "old" T-shirt when I'm cooking. I'm not very coordinated anymore and splash a lot of stuff when I'm in the kitchen. This has proven to be a great solution for keeping spots & stains off my shirts!What I like most is the lightweight fabric, and the ease of putting it on & taking it off. I live in a warm climate, and don't notice this adding much weight or heat. The short sleeves are great and the fabric allows air circulation. I also like the collar - I usually leave the zipper down a couple of inches so that it's open at the top, but if I were mixing anything with flour, I would zip it completely closed.The size seems to be right on, at least for my size (2XL). This fits me perfectly, with a T-shirt underneath, and with still enough room to move my arms and pull my elbows backward, or raise my arms without pulling on the seams or zipper. BTW, the seams & zipper seem to be solid with good stitching. I think it's well-made.It's hard to comment on durability yet because I've only been using this a few weeks, but I have washed and dried it a couple of times and haven't noticed anything in terms of shrinking or bunching up. I'm very pleased so far. It seems like a good value for the price, and I am giving it 5 stars.

I like to wear this when I meal prep on weekends to help get me in the cooking mindset and keep my clothes clean, plus my girlfriend loves it lol!

I usually wear an XL size and this one fits me just fine. There is enough room to wear it over top of other clothes so you can use it to keep your good shirts clean while cooking, then take it off to show your normal clothes, the full length zipper makes that easy to do and overall this coat looks nicer than wearing an canvas apron. Even though it is full-coverage it is well vented and stays cool.It's not the sort of thing you will wear to work (unless you are a chef!) but it's great to keep the clothes underneath clean and probably wouldn't look to out of place cooking at a backyard barbecue either.One tip, if you are a messy cook buying this to protect your clothes, get dark colors as they are easier to keep clean. The white one is going to look really sharp, but only till you get a stain on it you can't get out.

My husband is obsessed with watching chefy/cooking shows and asked for a high quality cooking apron. I got this "Chef's coat/shirt" thinking it would be a great gift for him since he does all the cooking every day. Turns out, it was a fun gift to give, but he never thinks to put it on before cooking. Maybe he'll wear it sometime showing off if we have people over for an event.Material feels nice and looks well made, but I can't speak to using it in a professional kitchen as a real cook/chef.As a gift, it brought a smile, but it isn't actually something that will get used a lot in our house.Hope this helps somewhat.
