Please pay attention to the size of this bottle, it’s quite small at around 3.5 ounces. If one compares to professional products this is pretty on par ounce of ounce price so it’s a fair value.The small bottle has a pump dispenser which leaves something to be desired. Unlike many there are not clear arrows to open and close it. Additionally, it doesn’t pop up significantly as most do. In fact, after spinning and spinning and spinning both directions to no avail, I pulled slightly and the pump came right off. Surprisingly and thankfully, when I shoved it back on it actually started pumping properly. Maybe I’m just challenged but I did not find this intuitive, seems like a poor design. At this price, the bottle should be higher quality!The product itself is a quite lightweight white conditioner. It’s the kind that seems like it melts into your hair. Like you can barely feel it’s there once applied. I let it sit 3 minutes (probably a few more while I finished up my shower activities) as directed. Rinsed with cool water and styled normally. I found my hair to be shiner and generally healthier looking without being weighed down. I’m not sure if this product is bandaid as protein products are or something that can truly repair. Bond builders are the only ones that can really repair. The product uses the word bonding but I’m not sure it falls under that umbrella.While the packaging of the product is sub par, I find the product on the whole to be of high quality so far. Too bad it’s such a small bottle. It will go quickly for us girlies with long dry/damaged hair.

My 3A curly hair has an unfortunate tendency to be very fine and fragile, and is starting to get thin. I need lots of moisture to keep the curl pattern shiny and smooth but most products, including conditioners, are either too heavy and leave it greasy at the roots, or too lightweight and don't do squat.This worked so well! Even though I detangle my hair prior to washing, it gets snarled during shampooing. I finger comb conditioner through it to detangle. This was so easy to use for detangling. I then let it sit for a few minutes and rinsed it out. It rinsed clean without any residue leftover, but didn't wash out all of the moisture either.The smell is very nice, a sort of fresh, neutral scent. Once my hair dried, it was shiny and bouncy, like it was when I was younger before it started thinning. My scalp was not weighed down or greasy either. Note that the bottle is small at 3.38 ounces, but I do not mind paying a premium if it works. Highly recommended.

I was blown away at how amazing this conditioner is, it smells fantastic and leaves your hair so soft in only 3 minutes.After shampooing my hair, I could feel how dry it felt, I applied this conditioner and let it sit for 3 minutes. When I rinsed out this conditioner, my hair felt like completely different hair. My hair was so silky smooth, hydrated and extremely easy to manage. After blow drying my hair, my hair has the most gorgeous shine and it is so soft and silky. I am obsessed with this conditioner and how quickly it transformed my hair. I can say this will be the only conditioner I will use from now on. I highly recommend this hair conditioner, even having fine hair this conditioner is not heavy and leaves your hair feeling weightless and looking amazing.

I don’t like

This conditioner does work well. It leaves my hair softer than normal after use, with less frizziness. However, it does have a really strong scent that leans towards masculine. Personally, I feel like you can really only smell it when it’s being applied and once I’m out of the shower and put other hair care products in, I don’t notice it. The results are worth it, but keep the scent in mind if that’s something you’re sensitive to.

i like the ingredients in this conditioner as well as the pump bottle, however, i am not a fan of the consistency of it. it doesn’t feel like conditioner—there’s none of that creamy and slippery feel to it. when i apply it to my hair, it just feels like water and runs right off. i end up using more product

This conditioner is not watered down, which is a huge plus for me, I have thick frizzy hair and usually have to use a ton to coat my middle to ends but I did not need to use as much with this one, so I am thankful for that. You do not get a lot of product at 3.38oz, but I didn’t need to use a ton so it should still last. It was easy to finger comb through wet hair, helped with my tangles, but most importantly, my hair was less frizzy than usual, and my hair felt softer and more manageable . The scent has a fresh and clean/woodsy scent, at least to my nose, but i did not think it was overpowering and either way, I love the scent.Overall, I really like this conditioner, adds very needed moisture, gentle on my dry, damaged hair, no negative reactions, and with that, I would recommend.
