Poor quality
Very nice bag but very poor quality. The material is so weak that in less than a week one of the handle broke and I’ve not even had my laptop in it!

It was a nice bag until the strap broke after just using it for 3 weeks. I did not even put my laptop on it everyday. Such a waste of money.

Agh!!!
Dreadful. Fell apart. Customer service non existent, been trying for months for a refund as it had a 12 month guarantee but can't get any joy !!!! Agh!!!
