it works and very simple to set up!!! I have nerve impingement of my shoulder. I have tried pretty much everything from NSAIDS, steriod injection, chiropractor, stretches, exercises, and massages. While they helped for a little while the pain returned, especially at night. I ordered this machine and I used it for 24 hours straight. I used the lowest setting and increased when I no longer felt the "tingles." I only removed to shower. I finally got a full night of sleep without pain interuption!!!!. I now wear it from the time I wake up until I go to bed. I am pain free until usually the early morning. I like the fact that once I set the program I want, the other options automatically set like the us and hz. The hour timer is a great feature I just restart it after the hour and the rechargable battery last more than 24 hours!

I love this was having problems with my knee and foing to therapy. I use this daily with heat or ice. The pads stick great and are reusable. It is portable and have it's own travel bag. Can be charged and on and off button for power

This Tens machine I just purchased off of you is absolutely amazing and works well and it helps with my pain and the life of the battery is great and the stickiness is perfect and the power top notch and the size is perfect

I charged the device for about 2 hours before trying to use the transcutaneous ENS. Unfortunately, when I tried to power it on, it didn’t turn on. I also found it strange that no screen appeared while it was charging. I believe this item may be defective, although that might be rare. I contacted the comfytemp customer center, they send me a replacement. When I applied the Tens Unit Electrode Pads, I experienced some irritation, possibly due to the plastic plate used in the pads — especially when applied to areas with a wave-like shape. There is no big deal. but, I’d like to suggest that the product be redesigned without the plastic plate used in the pads.

I like it's portability, so I can have it at work or on the train during my commute. It's a convenient size, about that of a later generation BlackBerry.

I am very happy with it. Not difficult to use just follow booklet instructions. Great investment for all it arrives with. Definitely recommend.

Husband said it works well, like the size. So far it is powerful. Using it once or twice a week for fatigue.The size is a little smaller than mobile phone.

This tens machine shockingly works. It shocks and pulses you like you would expect. It comes with a bunch of pads that are very sticky, which is good. The downgrade in rating is the setup for the machine isn’t user friendly and the instructions are not great. All in all I would buy this again, it does what it is needed for by takes some fiddling with to get there. That being said it was cheap and the pains in operation are to be expected for a cheap unit.
