Fit my Vax perfectly

Perfect replacement
My old hose broke for my vax 6131. This was a great replacement. Not at the highest quality but still very sturdy. Fitted perfectly so i have not complain about. Worked fine. And the price i bought it for it was a no brainer!.

For me personally it was cheaper just to replace the parts.
This is a replacement for what I already have the metal parts on the previous rusted badly over time.

The items work well together but do not fit Original equipment very well
The kit works other than the carpet head which only has one lint section. Original vax tools are loose on the tubes.

the plastic quality is weak and easy to cut through compared to VAX
I needed this for a 6130 and in the picture it matches what i was looking for. When It was delivered it didn't fit. completeley wrong end fitting for my VAX. I had no time to send it back as we were having mum over for her 70th birthday and I hadn't vacumed in weeks. I had to think fast.I cut off the end of the new pipe, then cut off the end of the old pipe. now using a hot end of a spoon which I heated up on the cooker I managed to melt the plastic together but still needed gaffer tape for security. what can I say. the plastic quality is weak and easy to cut through compared to VAX. i can not see this lasting very long. if i had the right this would have got 3 star for quality. useable but unlikely to be long lasting.
