Great quality and very shapr
Easy to hold and to manipulate when using it. I bought this for when I butcher deer, it is much easier to do with a sharp knife - and this is a sharp knife which really holds its edge, only needing the occasional swipe over a sharpening steel as you go along.

Exactly what I expected from Victorinox.

Sharpest knife I’ve ever used
Feels really good in the hand. Well balanced with enough flex in the blade. I bought this knife to trim briskets, pork shoulders, beef ribs etc to go on the smoker. The blade is exceptionally sharp to the degree I’m thinking of buying a cut proof glove for my holding hand.
