Great and powerful sound boosters so much better than hearing aids can be a bit overwhelming sometimes but get the right settings and AWESOME

Got this for my mum who was really struggling to hear — the TV, conversations, even me unless I was right next to her. Now she hears the TV clearly and can even hear me from downstairs. It’s honestly changed her life. The fit is great — comes with loads of ear tips to find the right size, and it’s comfortable to wear all day. The volume knob on the side makes it super easy to turn up and down, way better than other hearing aids we’ve tried. Sound quality is clear, no annoying buzz or feedback. The charging case is a total game-changer too — no more fiddly batteries, just like AirPods with a screen showing the battery percentage. One earpiece was faulty at first, but customer service was brilliant — friendly, quick replies, and they sent a replacement the very next day. Couldn’t ask for better support. Really impressed and totally worth it for how much it’s helped her.

I cannot recommend this product. The hearing aids just stopped working 5 days after the return window closed, while they were working they made horrible squeaking high pitched noises all the time, driving everybody else in the room mad. They did improve hearing while working but were very uncomfortable to wear making your ears sore after a short time and when moving your head they made this horrible high pitched noise, if you tried to eat when having them in every time you put a fork near your mouth they started squeaking, so all in all not a successful purchase. Thankfully Amazon sorted out a full refund when I returned them to Amazon as a non working product. Be very careful of all these cheap electrical products flooding Amazon from China, they never work and if they do it is only for a very short time. Now off to buy proper hearing aids from a high street shop that work and I can go back to if any issues.

Having just tried these for the first time, for less than £100 however do appear to work. Not tailor made for each ear but I can now hear a conversation. Yes, they just amplify the sound as for instance I thought there was a background hum but when I moved to the front of the house it went away. I then realised this was a dual carriageway a quarter of a mile away at the back of the house. Just read reviews saying they can just stop after a day or two so will wait before fully endorsing them.

I was attracted to these as they were more compact than other hearing amplifiers I'd bought plus I liked the colours. Unlike BTE devices these fit inside the ear and are secured with a twist. Either one fits either ear and volume is adjusted by a small wheel turned by a finger or thumb. I found them quite comfortable to wear however they amplify everything in a tinny way so while the television sound will be louder so will cars passing outside and the rustle of a crisp packet can be almost deafening at the wrong level. They charge in their case and battery life was pretty good.

The hearing aid’s arrived as described. They worked very well straight from the box. Because there’s only one control it so easy to use for people like me who are in the senior age group.

Fairly comfortable to wear but very fiddly to alter the volume with the tiny controller on each unit. They increase the volume to hear tv better which is fine and using one helps in conversation in a busy room, but it also increases higher noises such as dripping water or rattling cutlery to an unpleasant high pitched crackling noise.

An absolute must if your hearing is average but you and partner need different volumes for radio and TV After several months one of the ear pieces developed a problem. I went through all the troubleshooting options without being able to correct it so I reported it to the manufacturer. The service I received was first class, a replacedment arrived within just a few days and rectified the problem. I cannot praise the customer service high enough. I highly recommend the product and the service to back it up.
