I’ve been waiting for this product for a long time. I put it in my kitchen and I no longer have to battle with those annoying tiny flies/gnats. It’s a constant battle but I turn this light on every night. It’s very bright and doubles as a nightlight and does its job. Easy to install, just replace the sticky pad and it does all the work for you.

Even though it is very easy to use and does what it is designed to do, it only lasted one season! When the bulbs quit working I replaced them, but realized it was the units themselves that just no longer worked. I have had them for nine months. I guess I will look for something that has better quality.

Within hours of plugging in the trap, it got multiple Flys and gnats. After a couple weeks it had quit working. Initially I thought it was the trap, but after some digging I learned the kitchen has multiple breakers and one of them haf flipped. So not only does it do it's intended job, but it also taught me something new about the kitchen.

I once would have given Veyofly 5 stars but not anymore. I purchased these as I have before because I thought they were great products. They do great, catch the fleas, flies and other bugs. The problems that I encounter with these is 1) the cost of the sticky replacement boards and 2) the life of the light. 1st. The cost of the replacement boards is $34 for 15 boards. Over $2 a piece?!!! We are out here fighting for our lives against the bugs and you want us to pay how much? Next the life of the light. It doesn;t last a month and so I bought replacements, their replacements. First, it takes a miracle and a doctorate degree to get the used light bulb out and then once you do, the replacement bulb doesn't work. So I try another, and another. The bulb burns out on the 2nd unit. I fugured I am an expert now. I know how to get it out. Giving the benefit of a doubt, I figured I have done something to breakthe first one, and replace the bulb in the second unit. Nope, replace with a different bulb, nope, try all six in both units. So nos I have 7 siichy boards lefts, roughly the cost of $16-17, a pack of 6 light bulbs that don't work, and 2 pieces of plastic trash. I am going to buy the round sticky traps with the actual light bulbs. At least those come with 2 extra light bulbs and easily screw in and out. Also don't cost as much for replacements. Or I think I'll go buy your competition as their lights have LED technology and are supposed to last 5 years. Their boards cost $10 for a 24 pack. Don't throw away your money on Veyofly like I did.

In kitchen. Bugs love it. Insects are attracted to it. Also comes in handy as a nite light. Highly recommend

Needed a 2nd DynaTrap unit. Dx-ed!This looks similar. Seems to work well. Needs a different size sticky card.The problem: the plastic case shape, requires Both sides of a duplex outlet. I find this annoying.

Died after 10 months but caught a disturbing amount of mosquitoes in that time. But only mosquitoes. Other bug light trap caught flies, moths, fruit flies, fungus gnats and mosquitoes.Amendment: Seller offered a replacement for my troubles which I thought was very nice. I wasn't unhappy with the performance, like I said it was a disturbing number of mosquitoes caught by the trap and since those are the bugs that spread disease, I believe it did its job. I was just disappointed in the durability. This company seems confident in their product and is offering to try to make me happy. Can't for ask more than that!

This was my original review.....Ordered July 2023. Skeptical but they really did work. Bulbs eventually burned out. Bought replacement bulbs for our 2 units. Neither worked. Bought a second set of bulbs because I've seen a few Amazon delivery guys tossing deliveries onto porches around here so maybe they were damaged. Units still do not work. Expensive lesson. Stuck with first set of bulbs (packaging recycled already as well as the adhesion strips. Won't buy again.....but the company responded and shipped me two new replacement units at no cost. The response was friendly, positive and very quick. The new units are working perfectly...who knew some of those creepy things even got into the house!! Anyway....thanks for the sincerity and excellent follow-up VEYOFLY!!

It only worked for about a month. So I ordered a new light nothing works.I’m wondering what is being done about this product that I bought in July and first the light burnt out and I ordered a new one and put it in any nothing works.

I compared an APPLE CIDER VINEGAR homemade trap and the VEYOFLY. The VEYOFLY caught exactly twice as many flies. The pace was the same.Pick your method - homemade method was just pennies...

Wanted something in the kitchen to get rid of the little fruit flies. This worked perfectly. It doesn't look out of place plugged in under the cupboards in the kitchen and keeps the dead bugs hidden unless you are actually looking for them which is nice.

Well I got these yesterday and opened the box to find 4 refills NOT the six as advertised so I was not impressed from the start. I plugged one in on my lower floor where my plants are and one in my bathroom where gnats and other flying bugs fly into and drown in my toilet daily. When I woke this morning I checked the bathroom one and there was nothing in it but there were 4 bugs in the toilet an arms reach away so still not impressed. BUT then I went downstairs to where the other one was plugged in and found a bunch of bugs in the trap and a couple hovering near it. I would say that these do appear so somewhat work. I will give the bathroom one a bit more time as the instructions say to give it about a week to start catching critters. So my overall impression is a bit mixed with not getting 6 refills as advertised and one trap not catching anything yet and the refills not only coming in a pack of 5 instead of 4 or 6 not to mention the cost of the refills so far I'm on the fence with these.
