If you’re looking for a good cleanse this is a good choice, but clear your schedule for 6 hours. The taste is very unpleasant but I just kinda chug it & then drink a glass of water. Within 30 minutes your stomach will start to bubble. By the time it gets to an hour you will need to be close to your bathroom. After every visit drink a glass of water, it will be a steady “rotation.” Usually after around 3-4 hours it’s less trips and when you get to hour 6 you’re basically emptied out.

I really wanted this cleanse to work, but unfortunately it was a complete waste of money. I followed the instructions exactly, stayed hydrated, ate clean, and gave it time—but I didn’t experience any noticeable results. No detox effects, no increased energy, no digestive support nothing. It honestly felt like I was just drinking flavored water or overpriced juice. There are way better (and cheaper) options out there. This one didn’t deliver on any of the promises, and I won’t be buying it again. Don’t fall for the hype like I did.

Ordered this product to do a purge sense I’ve never done anything like that. I drank it after work on my Friday and first of all it tased horrible so I decided hey I should mix it with some lemon ice tea I was drinking at the time….. well I made it worst and had to chug even more of the taste down. So after that I felt fine and went to bed thinking it need to work for like half a day….. wrong! I went to bed at 1am and woke up at 6am with a weird feeling so I went to the bathroom and the miniature my butt touched the seat it’s like my body knew I was locked in place for the ride of my life. I must have been grunting, some light tears, praying to gods long forgotten for about an hour-2 hours. After that tho I walked out feeling refreshed and 32 pounds lighter. Then I had a regular bowl moment 2 hours after. So i think it worked.

Did not work for me. Did not produce any excess "output" from the gut. I was already eating properly with lots of leafy greens. Thought this might bring out anything that was still stuck.
