The 12 stainless steel trays give me plenty of space to dehydrate everything I need — from jerky to fruits, herbs, and even veggies.The adjustable timer and temperature control are super convenient and allow for perfect results every time. I love that it has overheat protection — it gives me peace of mind when using it for long drying sessions.Everything comes out evenly dried and full of flavor. It’s also surprisingly quiet and easy to clean. The included 67 recipes were a delightful bonus — I’ve already tried several and can’t wait to try more!If you’re serious about dehydrating food at home, this machine is a must-have. I’m 100% satisfied and highly recommend it to anyone!

Stainless steel’s quality is great. It is easy to clean. Its size is the same as its described,I feel it is not very big, never worry about wasting space for it,but it can make a lot dry food at the same time. It’s a lot stainless steel tray and silicone gaskets. Silicone gaskets is useful, don’t need to buy cooking paper. It is quiet, while it is working. The first time it worked , it has not good smell, after a few minutes, bad smell was gone. It works well. The window of it is very clear, you can see foods very well. It has a lot holes, its air flows very well. It includes a food processing expert book, I just follow it to do some drying foods.

I bought it mainly to make fresh, additive-free dehydrated treats for my dogs—much healthier and more cost-effective than store-bought options. It works wonderfully! I’ve also started experimenting with drying soursop leaves, flowers, and blueberries, which has been a fun and rewarding process. Just keep in mind that dehydration takes time—at least 6 hours, often 9-11 hours, though leaves and flowers dry faster. Overall, a fantastic machine with endless possibilities!

It's got a sleek, user - friendly design with easy - to - use controls and multiple racks for drying different foods at once.The performance is top - notch. Apple slices dried evenly, keeping their great flavor and chewy texture. Papaya dried efficiently, concentrating its tropical sweetness. And drying belly pork was a pleasant surprise; it prepped the meat perfectly for cooking, removing excess moisture and enhancing flavor absorption.Cleaning is a breeze too. Overall, it's a great investment for making homemade snacks and experimenting with drying. I highly recommend it!

The box arrived damaged. You can see in the pic of the box that it came with a hole that had been taped up. That's ok as along as the contents were ok there's a slight dent also pictured. Functionally the thing works like a charm. The dials are super easy to turn and the operation is straight forward. In my first batch I dehydrated 6 bananas, 6 apples, 7 kiwi and 3 pounds of blueberries. That's a lot of fruit in one dehydrator. I made some rookie mistakes had the heat set too high which made the fruit a little "burnt". My second batch went differently. I fit 6 bananas 2 pounds of strawberries 6 apples and 6 large oranges and my result is much better being patient. It's a well made appliance all stainless steel 2 fans and the grids hold a lot more than you'd think. I can't wait to do jerky and some other things I have planned. 4 stars cuz the box was damaged but 5 stars overall. Nice.

I am very surprised with this dehydrator! It is very quiet but works amazing. I can now achieve that crunchy beef jerky evenly. The convenience of having so many trays is amazing – I can fill it up with meat, fruits, you name it! I am very satisfied with the timer and temperature as well – very precise!

I just got the fruit dryer couple weeks ago , so this isn’t a long term review,But my initial impression is highly favorable.I recently tried using a fruit dryer to dry macaron shells, and the results were incredibly successful! This fruit dryer offers precise temperature control and heats evenly, ensuring that the macaron shells dry perfectly. It's also very user-friendly, easy to operate, and simple to clean. What surprised me most is saving me a lot of time , this fruit dryer is not only great for drying fruits but also works

It is hard not to love this dehydrator! It's not much larger than it's internal size, so for it's volume it takes up less space than you would think. I have used it 3 times so far and it has worked great. The fans and the design of it makes it so you don't have to rotate trays which is so nice. I had the really nice nesco round one before this, but wanted something with more volume and more durable as one time in the dishwasher and those plastic trays will melt or warp, expensive lesson learned. The steel trays are very nice, light, and easy to clean. It is amazingly quiet, unless you are in the same room you wouldn't know it was on other than it smelling amazing in the entire house.The only complaints I have about this unit are that the door feels cheap, and when you wash the trays be careful as the design allows for water to be trapped on the bottom of the square if they were standing up when drying. I soaked myself with them the first time I hand washed them haha, so just watch for that.
