How to Use CSP _To wear your CSP (Cloth Sanitary Pad) simply wrap the wings around the gusset of your underwear and fasten the snaps underneath. The soft charcoal grey fleece panel should be facing your body, and the label on the outside faces down in your underwear. We recommended wearing snug fitting cotton underwear for a secure fit. Change as often as you would a disposable menstrual pad, but you will more than likely find that your flow is different when using chemical free products. Once used fold into three and wrap the wings around and snap together, making a leak proof package. Unsnap to wash. Pre wash once before use for maximum absorbency. Some women prefer to soak or rinse in cold water after use to stop any blood staining but from experience we have not found this to be necessary. Our personal routine is either to chuck them in with a normal wash and skip the fabric softener, or wash them all in a batch at the end of our period cycle (with the nappies if applicable). Even after leaving until the end of our cycle none of us have reported any staining with only using normal washing powder. A cold rinse in the machine first is best as heat can set in stains, then wash at 30-60 degrees. They can be tumbled dried on a low temperature but are so fast drying that it is rarely necessary. Do not use fabric softener because this will affect absorbency.

Easy to wear, no leeks, no odour, no wet feeling and comfortable. Love the two poppers on these, give great fit.
They are brilliant. I was really hesitant to try cloth pads as I thought it would be gross and messy however, after trying many different disposable pads and finding them all leaving me sore, my doctor convinced me to give these a go. I wish I had listened sooner! I know it can seem like a lot of money but they are so worth it (you will save a lot in the long run) and they are not messy at all. They fold up nicely and come in cute prints so no worry about anyone seeing them in your bag. You don't feel uncomfortable or wet at all when wearing these, which was my initial worry. I love the two poppers on these, I have only used them on the smallest popper and they haven't moved during wear just make sure you put them higher on your pants than you would a regular pad. I got the pack of 5 and will be ordering another, there isn't a need to as I can put them in the wash then tumble dry them for use the next day, but would like a buffer stash. I have a light to regular flow and wore the pads over night with no leeks, the first few days I changed twice a day but soon just changed before bed and in morning as they had no odour, did not feel wet and no leeks.

Very happy, perfect panty liners especially if your bladder control isn't quite what it was!
These are slightly smaller than the other ones on here and I really only wanted panty liners as my bladder control isn't quite what it was so didn't want huge length ones. Really happy with these, I like the fact they have two poppers if you want a tighter fit. Will be buying more.

Good if you get rid of black label
Are great for light days. You really need to cut off the little black label, which is difficult to do as it's sewn in quite securely. Once you get that stupid thing off they are comfy. With the black label thing you will get chaffed very badly: (

Fairly discreet.
These are okay, if a bit bulky. They are shorter than others I've tried, and I like that as the longer ones just take up too much room! These are absorbent and wash very well.

Looking Good
Just received so haven't yet tried however going off what they look like, they look quite absorbent.I have purchased these as a just in case precaution to go with the use of a menstrual cup so just incase there is any li leakage, the feel very soft and look like they're likely to be very comfortable and sterdy due to the tight poppers.

Not sure a bit small.
They are ok, but a bit short in length ( I am a small size) and do move around which is a bit irritating, not sure I would recommend. However I am using them & they help the environment and my pocket.

Soft and comfortable
I really like these panty liners. I use them at the beginning and end of my period. They don't slip. They are soft against my body. They wash well, no staining and dry quickly. Whilst they get warm, they're against the body after all, they don't make me sweat like plastic backed liners. I've just purchased the heavy pads to try.

Difficult to know which side to put towards skin
A little note with what side should be against skin would be nice. I found that the brand patch was annoying the inside of my thigh. I also discovered that Minky does not work well for me.
