Great product and fast delivery. Perfect for me as I'm just starting yoga. It is easy to carry over my shoulder and I would recommend it to anyone who is just starting or is recovering from injury. I have been advised that this mat is very good for core work but not for balance. Regardless of this I have used the mat for both and found it works well for me. If I need to do balancing poses I use the mat as a cushion in case I fall over! The free guide is sent via e-mail which is also very interesting and means I am able to practise outside of my classes if I wish.

Excellent yoga mat and fantastic seller. My sister and I have been going to Yoga for three years, we are both boney and find it difficult to do certain moves on thinner mats. For Christmas this year I decided to treat my Sis as she suffers with a bad back. Unfortunately the original mat arrived with a small scratch. I contacted the seller straight away and within minutes had heard back that they would replace it for me. Arrived a few days later well in time for Christmas. Have used it myself and it is by far the best mat i've ever tried. Great product and brilliant seller who sorted a minor issue very quickly and with no fuss at all! would highly recommend. Also doubles as a make-shift bed for my sister when her 8 month old baby is struggling to get off to sleep!

Finally found a decent exercise mat, and I've had a few! Lovely cushioning thick mat that doesn't slip on my vinyl flooring. Could never find a mat that was comfortable enough to support my weight (6ft rugby player) when doing ab exercises like planks and bridges, my knees and elbows would always hurt, or worse, the mat would slip all over the place preventing decent form. This mat stays in place, cushions perfectly and rolls up and stores away so easily. It's also a very decent length so I can even use it for lunges. Just love it!

I would definitely recommend this product. I've recently started going to yoga and Pilates and wanted an exercise matt that I could use in class and at home. This one is perfect, so so comfy and doesn't slip. The service was also exceptional, having received some additional emails from the supplier and the matt came within a couple of days of my order being placed.

The extra thickness is ideal for any one with joint problems as it gives you that extra comfort

Hi love the mat used for Pilates so needed a thicker one. Instructor commented on such a nice mat. One issue though it holds dents and any hard object can cause tears. Just need to look after it and it will be fine.

I purchased the black mat and it looks like it has been too hot and melted around the carry strap so that the straps leave an indentation on the matt. It appears to be a great thickness but is completely flawed with too large strap marks permanently down the top third of the matt.

Don’t leave marks on the floor and hopefully more durable than other mats
