This lightweight serum is a real treat for my skin! It absorbs quickly and leaves my face feeling hydrated and plump. The Lotus Flower extract seems to have a calming effect, and the Hyaluronic Acid gives a lovely dewy glow.

I have been battling oily skin my whole life. Over the years, have used mostly inexpensive products (benzoyl peroxide washes and creams, witch hazel, rubbing alcohol, etc.), with various degrees of success. I have always wanted to see if these “high-end” skincare products were really noticeably better, but I had no idea where to start or how to choose a brand. So when I got an opportunity to try this product (which, at $44.99 minus a 15% coupon, is far more expensive than my usual skincare products), I didn’t hesitate. Having used this product a few times, I can say there definitely is a difference, and the difference is pretty huge. This product is a totally clear, slightly-thicker-than-water liquid (which you need to dispense very carefully to avoid wasting it and/or making a mess) which has no noticeable fragrance. I wash and dry my face, and then massage 4 drops around my face. It goes on very smoothly and takes a few minutes for it to be absorbed into my skin. Once it is absorbed, my skin definitely feels less oily, but not dried out, and I don’t feel any annoying residue or “coating” whatsoever. Overall, this product leaves my skin feeling slightly tingly for about half an hour, and definitely smoother and more toned than other products I have tried. I don’t pretend to understand the ins and outs of high-end skincare products (and I’m usually pretty skeptical about them, given their high price), but my initial impression of this product is very positive. I will definitely keep using it, and if the visible results are as impressive as the feeling it leaves, I might just be a convert. Yes, it’s kind of expensive, but since I’m only using a few drops at a time, it should last long enough to justify the cost. 5 stars.

The passt 2 years I have been really trying to get into the selfcare band wagon starting with skincare so when it comes to hyaleronic acid I have been really looking to incorporate that into my skincare specifically in the mornings since it is suppose to plup the skin and hydrate it specifically when it is wet which I tend to use a rosewater spray prior to application. I will say I pair this with the matching cream as well and I have to say I like the combo it def does give the skin a nice dewy look to it. I can't say it lasts thru out the day but for a few hours it def does. Again I pair this with rose water since my understanding is that is when it prime to add hyaleronic acid to the face when you can soak in that moisture in doing so I don't notice any adverse effects from doing this and it works. This serum is lightweight as well and soaks well into the skin in minutes. I have not tried this under makeup so in terms of pairing that is the only area I am not aware of.

The pump bottle is kind of thick and substantial. Which is again, nice...but not so nice for the environment. The serum itself was a clear semi viscous liquid; it still was runny and drippy but was thicker than other serums I've tried. One thing I didn't expect is that a little goes a long way, I really didn't even need the full pump for my face, so their suggestion of 4 - 6 pumps is kind of insane! This then made me wish it had a dropper rather than a pump dispenser. This is apparently the 2nd step of a 3 step process, after a blemish treatment and before their cream. I didn't have either step 1 or 3, so I used this after a toner, and I put on a moisturizer afterwards. It did feel light weight to me, but again I didn't go overboard with the amount of pumps they suggested. This didn't have fragrances, but I still caught a scent of something. Unsure how to describe it, but it must be the witch hazel or some other ingredient. The price tag is a little expensive for a 1 oz product, but it does seem to help with redness and inflammation. It did take a few minutes for it to absorb into my skin though. It wasn't necessarily extremely moisturizing however.

Everything makes my skin breakout - except for this product. A little of this serum goes a long way. It comes in a pump bottle. I've been using this product for almost one week & I'm in love! It controls shine for at least 6 hours, shrunk my giant pores, & has started to lighten dark spots. This is a miracle serum! The instructions on the package advise the consumer to use this serum with the Lotus Flower Cream. I haven't tried that cream yet, but I am tempted to do so, and will update this review when I do.

This is a great serum! It features my two must have skincare ingredients in just one bottle, so it is so convenient! Niacinamide is great for brightness and radiance, and hyaluronic acid is good for hydration. I always notice a difference when I use these two ingredients. I definitely have clearer and brighter and overall happier skin when I use this serum. I use 1-2 pumps over my entire face morning and evening. The price is a bit steep, but it's not too bad when you consider that you'd have to buy two separate serums to get the same effect.
