Exact replacement
This is an exact replacement for the original broken fan. Been working good so far. Very quiet.

Direct replacement, longevity is questionable.
I picked this up for my NUC8i5BEH when I damaged the orignal fans connector when doing a deep clean of the system. It was a direct replacement and was fairly easy to switch out the orinal for the replacement. Worked fine at the time. Fast forward a year and a half and the fan has locked up. It won't freespin manually at all, when installed in the system, it runs very choppy, stuttering. CPU temps over 100C, shutting down the system.Thankfully, I didn't throw out the original fan as the only thing wrong with it was that I broke the connector and was able to salvage it. I de-soldered the power lines off of both fans, and was able to re-solder the connector from this fan to the original. That fan is running along just fine at this point. At this point, the oringinal fan has over three years on it whilst this replacement lasted less than half that long. I don't see any other customers mentioning failures fairly early, so mine could just be a dud. Past the 6 month warranty period, so it is what it is.All this being said, I would actually give 3.5 stars if I could and will most likely purchase one again if/when the oringinal fan finally stops working. The $30 (as of this review, 2/22/24) for it is $10 cheaper than when I originally purchsed it (7/7/22). Whilst it's an older computer, it still serves my needs fine and $30 is better than the cash for a new computer.

Fixed a noisey and hot Intel NUC8i7BEH
Just what the doctor ordered. The only pain was getting those tiny clips off the two screws on the old fan and putting them on the new, but in the end it all worked out.

It does the job
Received it next day. It was exactly what I would expect. I installed it immediately, and it seems to be doing just fine. My NUC is a lot quieter now that the old, dying fan has been replaced.
