Fantastic product
We cook carasau bread in salted boiling water for just a minute or two until plump and soft, drain and pour into a pan where chicken has roasted. Mix with chicken oil and juices, add a bit more oil if needed and salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Eat as a side dish with roasted chicken, salad and a glass of wine. Works great with turkey too! This amount is plenty for 4-6 people, or lots of leftovers, yum!

Don’t order delicate crackers by post!
Arrived smashed to pieces, edible but not quite the look I was going for - more crumbs than wafer thin crackers. Very disappointed.
