Reliable product brand from the reliable brand
Pretty much easy to use straight out of the box, plug it to the lighter port / charging port of the car with the connecting accessories provided and mount the camera on to front windshield using the sucktion mount and you are all set. Download the one pro app and connect using wifi and with live view option check that your camera is aligned properly.Packing and delivery was instact, no complaints, thank you!Overall the product has been used for close to 700 kms journey, please note it records 3 minutes clip every 3 minutes and overwrites the oldest the video. Hence if there is important recording make sure to download it before it gets deleted.

Decent product but not worth the cost
Its features are good but it hangs at times and remains on indefinitely even after power disconnection. At that time it heats up to a point that you may start feeling that it may explodeor catch fire any time. The heating is very prominent near the power adaptor pin connection. Because of the heating it also corrupts the sd card and needs frequent reformatting.

Lovely product
I really liked the quality of the product. For some reason I choose this instead of mi product and I’m glad that I made right choice. The only thing it lacks is remote monitoring from any geo location. I think for this price range it’s difficult to get that feature.

Suction cup on mount sucks
The dashcam is fine the suction cup on the mount is too bad, I have been struggling for last one year, it just don't stick to the windshield. I tried to tape it but no luck. Looks like the reputed company like transcend never tested the dashcam mount. I have dash cam in my other car from an Indian brand and the tape they had given never fall off. If I knew about the suction cup mount I would have not purchased the dashcam.
