BCAN rebounder, very quiet, easy on the joints, and lots of fun
The BCAN rebounder arrived on time, no damage to item or packaging.I absolutely love it! It will hold up to 450 lbs. It's easy to put together as it is shipped almost all assembled. Of the 32 bungies on it I only had to attach 11. A couple of small tools come with it, (very easy peasy) No missing parts. It comes folded up and an elder person (I'm in my 70's and I was able to open it myself with a bit of effort) or someone with some physical disability may or may not need a second person to help them open it. BUT DO BE CAREFUL! The rebounder comes folded up and there are some heavy duty springs on the hinges so it can snap back and hit you in the face. (No I didn't get hit but you need a bit of muscle to open it correctly) Make sure when you open it that you open it all the way so that it locks open before you let go of either side. I knelt on one side using a folded towel as a knee pad and lifted and then pushed the other side all the way down onto the floor. Then I carefully and slowly let go. Just be sure to READ THE INSTRUCTION BOOK as it recommends checking the legs for tightness every so often. A safety railing can be ordered with the rebounder (I bought one) and I would recommend it to anyone who might have some balance challenges. In fact I wonder one could order two of them, one for back and one for front. I didn't find two necessary though. The bungies are better than the spring ones as the springs are noisy. I use my rebounder sometimes at 5 in the morning and it never wakes anyone up. Super quiet. For some stepping up on it might be a bit of a challenge for someone with some mobility issues so I recommend getting one of those aerobic stair steps that were popular a few years back. That in addition to the safety railing would really make it very easy for someone to get on and off safely. The rebounder is very easy on the joints provided you flex your knees slightly and don't lock them up. In addition to the rebounder I have a bike trainer, dumbells, an ab machine, and a heavybag all which I use regularly but if I was forced to chose just one I'd take the rebounder. It's just so much fun! A 10 minute workout on a rebounder is equal to a 30 minute walk. Rain or shine, too hot, too cold, snow, slush, windy, whatever doesn't matter, I just hop on and take it for a bounce. Sneakers, barefoot either way. Sometimes I just get on in my PJs before a shower, no getting dressed in workout clothes for the trip to the gym. I work quite a bit at my desk so I set my phone timer and every 35 minutes I get up and get on the rebounder for 2 minutes. The health bounce is bouncing while neither one of yur feet actually leave the surface to with the rail it's very stable. I think every office should have one next to every work station. When I started my legs were really tired after only one minute in spite of my regular use of the bike trainer. Now I do 10-20 minutes no problem. I also use it withe leg weights and now that I'm use to it I use wrist weights and swing my arms. It's also a great mood booster. My daughter was a little alarmed when I said I was going to get one and she advised me against it fearing that I would fall (sigh, seems like you acrue a few years and they have a rocking chair waiting for you lol) I bought it anyway. Love it. It's also well made and good quality. The weight limit is 450 pounds. I know this is long but for me it was an excellent investment and it's not that expensive as quality rebounders go.

I Would Buy This Again!
I love this rebounder and would recommend it to others. It is easy to put together and all the parts were there. I don't fold it becuase it is too cumbersome to do so. It holds up and it is nice and springy. It feels like a quality workout equipment. I did get the one with the bar but don't use the bar at all. The first weekend, I noticed that I lost quite a abit of water weight and puffiness. Then I learned that rebounders are great for a lymph flush. I feel that it has improved my health and mobility and it's fun, too!

Setting up the 40" tramp
I am excited for this trampoline! Two tips from my experience when setting it up: 1. Try screwing in all the legs first to make sure they thread well. Mine has one little post that seems to be smaller in diameter so none of the legs would screw on and hold. (See video) 2. When latching the bungees in place, I worked in a circle around the perimeter. So when I got to the second half it was really tight because everything was already pulled to the first half. So I would suggest doing two at a time on each quadrant so you are keeping the "pulling" balanced across the diameter so it is not hard for you to set up as you get closer to done. I happen to have a problem with one of these legs not being able to grab the post that it belonged on and I'm going to try to fix the grip with some plumbers tape and I will provide an update here or let you know if I've had to take the next step by returning it or working through customer service. * Update * So the plumbers tape helped a little: but didn't fix the leg so it was still too loose to safely use. Returned the first trampoline and re-ordered another one. I love it! Tested the legs first and when I saw that they all twisted tightly on the posts I followed the instructions to assemble everything with the triangle tool that they included. When a bungee needed to be readjusted or moved they also include a hook tool to make it easy to pry it off of the bracket. I followed a YouTube tramp workout and felt the difference on day two! Bought this for improving cellular health, osteoporosis, muscle tone, oxygen intake, weight loss, and general fitness. I love this rebounder! * Update * - it has been six weeks and I still LOVE this rebounder. Fun way to exercise & easy to fit into a busy schedule. The quality of this tramp is fantastic! I was trying to decide between 48" or 40" and ordered both, but I returned the larger one and opted for the 40" tramp with the stabilizing bar. It is a great size...allows for full workouts on it without taking up a ton of space. Highly recommend it! * Update * - it has been 10 months and I still love this rebounder. Several friends now own one, too. They say 10 minutes bouncing is equal to 30 minutes running... sounds good to me! It is easy to scale up or down and do less or more. You Tube has several rebounding workouts for every level and intensity. Happy bouncing!

Sturdy, fun, do you have enough space for it?
I have the BCAN 40" with adjustable u-shaped handle. I like it and would buy this brand again, but would consider a T-shaped handle over the U-shape. If you are able to leave it out all the time, occupying floor space, this is a solid choice. If, however, you will need to move it out of the way when not in use, take the following into consideration before purchasing this particular model. Foldability -- it does fold, but getting the bungee cords off/on to fold/unfold is not something you will want to do on a regular basis. I will only go through that again when a part gets worn out and I have to replace it. Since I won't "fold" it to recover my floor space, what I would like to do is sit it up on edge and lean it against a wall. I could even fit it behind the sofa if I removed the legs and handlebar. The legs are simple enough to put on and take off, but the u-shaped handle is not. If I lean it upright against a wall with the handlebar attached, it sticks out too far in my small space for comfortable navigation through the house. In other words, I'd trip over it or bump into it. The u-shaped handle is sturdy and large, two characteristics that I wanted. However, it's cumbersome to attach and remove as a one-person job and I don't want to do for every use. So, I end up maneuvering it through doorways to lay it on top of the guest bed. I only go through the hassle of removing the handle and legs (the legs are easy) when I have overnight guests. From pictures, I think (but I don't know) that a T-bar style handle would be easier to put on and take off. I don't know if BCAN sells them separately from a trampoline or if a 3rd party purchase would fit. But I will look into one unless I get comfortable enough to rebound without any handle and remove the u-shaped handle permanently. But, if you have the space to leave it out all the time and want a sturdy wide handle, this is a good choice.

Over a year of use and still going strong - squeaking can be stopped
Purchased in Aug 2024. I use this rebounder an average of 5 times a week. I am a 54 year old woman, weight 230lb. I did have to contact the company and ask for a replacement jump mat. The stitching came loose and one of the bungees released from the frame. The company sent a replacement mat at no charge as the incident occured within the 1-year warranty period. Assembly was easy. I recommend watching the video and take your time. Use the tool that comes with the unit. I cannot speak to the foldability as I keep it ready for use and full assembled at all times. After a about a month of use, a squeak developed. I was able to stop this by wrapping the threads of the legs with teflon tape, also known as plumbers' tape. The tape also keeps the legs firmly in place and the whole unit seems to be sturdier. I am very happy with this purchase and look forward to continuing to jump around! Jump up, jump up, and get down!

nice trampoline
This is my first bungee trampoline, and overall I’ve been really impressed with it. The build feels solid, the bouncing is smooth and controlled, and it’s honestly a lot of fun once it’s set up. It feels well-designed and sturdy, and it does exactly what I was hoping a bungee trampoline would do. For exercise or just casual use, it’s been a great experience so far. The package I initially received was damaged and unfortunately missing the legs, which was frustrating at first. However, I contacted the company and they handled the situation properly by sending out a replacement, and everything was resolved. Now that it’s complete, I’m happy with the trampoline and how it performs. I’m generally very wary about ordering expensive items through Amazon, since this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues like this happen, but in this case the company stood by their product and took care of the problem. Because of that, I feel comfortable recommending them, and I’m satisfied with the purchase now that everything has been sorted out.

Excellent customer service
I’ve had this rebounder for 5 months now and use it everyday. I am able to leave it out in my living room, so for instance, if I’m waiting for water to boil, I’ll go jump while I wait. I find it incredibly relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. It always puts me in a good mood. Last week while gently bouncing, one of the hooks popped off. I inspected the mat and found some irregularities. I took photos and sent them to BCAN. They were extremely helpful (looking at you Daisy!) and sent me a new mat. The new mat arrived in less than a week! Excellent customer service! I will say that the rebounder is quite firm and I wish it offered a bit more rebound. But it still serves me well. Putting it together was easy for me and it is sturdy. I would very highly recommend.

Love rebounding this is a good entry level product to try it 3.5 stars
Pros: I bought this product to try rebounding and I love it! This product is a good entry rebounder to try and see if you like rebounding. I have followed some YouTube enthusiasts and it can raise my heart rate up faster than the treadmill where I jog and walk on an incline and it's lots more fun than the treadmill. I cannot compare the bounce since I have not tried other rebounders but I bought a bungee rebounder because of the softer bounce as reported by others. I will say that I needed to start slower and recommend that everyone trying it for the first time to start slowly. I tried it barefoot at the beginning but had problems with my feet, knees, and shins. So I went to tennis shoes and shin support. Now a month later I can jump on it barefoot without shin support but I have been doing my own routines and not following others cardio routines. I am careful about the position of my feet and knees too. There is no noise with the bungee cords either. I find that bouncing about an hour before I go to sleep has helped with the quality of my sleep immensely! I have troubles waking up during the night but this has been minimized to no waking up to one bathroom break and then falling right back to sleep. I guess this is why we rock and jiggle babies to get them to sleep, it works! Cons: Setting this up took some time. I struggled with putting the bungee cords on to the point I was afraid that I might damage them I had to stretch them so hard. And once I had them on I never wanted to fold it because the tension is so high. And the bungees should be replaced periodically so that will be in my future but I believe it could be years from now. I left the handle to my husband who can put together products even from Ikea easily. Needless to say he was not happy about putting the handle on and said the directions were terrible and the pictures were inadequate. However, the biggest problem I find is every time I use it I must screw one or two of the legs on as they loosen a lot to the point I would worry about a danger of collapse if I forgot this step. My BMI is 28 so I'm overweight but under the weight limit for this rebounder. Since I got interested in the rebounder because of my osteopenia, I do not want to get a broken bone from structural failure. If you can afford only one rebounder, just remember to check the legs for looseness every time and this should be fine. Recommendations: I do recommend rebounding as it is a fun exercise and I have seen the health benefits! But for me after more research, this rebounder is going to be replaced with a Cellerciser which has steel springs which should last longer than the bungees. I figure that I can oil the springs periodically when they start making noise. This BCAN can be used upstairs for light bouncing rather than cardio so I'll still keep it. From my research I learned the NASA study for exercise benefits was from steel spring rebounders and not bungee rebounders. I did see a Bellicon interview with a lady who improved her bone density after six months but at almost $1000 the Bellicon will not be my second rebounder and replacing the bungees would still be in my future. I will be curious to see the difference between springs and bungees and if my bone density improves when next it is tested. I am only a month into rebounding but I've seen improvements in muscle changes and sleep. I don't have problems with my lymph system as I'm active all day as a teacher, so there has been no change for me.
