This is the best I have tried and I have tried a few. Worth a try for everyone!
I usually stir into water and drink this with breakfast. Often I mix it with water and kefir. This is very clean and white. It looks like pure husks and does not look powdery or ground. It mixes well but does not gel instantly like some of the ground products. Taste is very neutral/pleasant. Makes for a good gut environment for the bacteria you want in there and no glycemic hit. Start with a teaspoon (I now use more) of this in a glass of water and drink once mixed but before it turns to jelly. Don't skimp on the water!

This product was bought on the 10th December delivered 11th December expire date JANUARY 2025 SO NEARLY A YEAR OUT OF DATE. unfortunately I have already opened it and used some before we noticed the expiry date. Refund or replacement required.

Great health benefits
Worked the first time using it ... after first use it did not work but that is not the product fault I think it’s just my body. Overall states good health benefits so I am waiting to see how that works out!
