Extremely happy
Performing admirably. I don’t think you can go wrong with this. The building flow detector is awesome.

Great service
The 18kw did not work for pool or hot tub use in the USA based on not having a ground fault that met the requirements in the USA. Maximum amperage for gfi is 60 amps. Manufacturer sent me the correct unit (11kw) free due to this issue. Great customer service.

Less heat output than the faucet
Wiring instructions for 110 vs 220/240 are the same which makes no sense. Had mine wired to 240 @ 60A breaker with 6 gauge wiring with 1.5hp pump and 1.5” pipes. Output of heater no different than the input water temperature. (Ambient air temp is about 75f and set water to get to 82f. After two days running water started at 69f and stayed at 69f). Wasted almost $1000 just for electrician and plumber (with their supplies) and this thing is of no value. Removing and returning it.

Start pump and water flow before turning unit in.
The unit seems to work well, but there was no operating instructions in the box or a referral to a web site.

Can't find replacement parts
Where the heater tube is welded to the manifold has a small leak other than that I have been liking it. But the leak socks so I replaced it with a new one and 5 months later heater failed Booo hoo

Works great till it doesn't
Wired the 9kw heater up to a 50A outlet on a GCFI breaker. Used a 50A extension cord and chopped the male end to expose the wires. Pretty easy. Initially the heat element wouldn't turn on, but it was bc the pump pressure was low bc the filter was dirty. It's worked great for 4 months since then, but today it's no longer working. The breaker trips even when the heater is off. I suspect there's some moisture somewhere causing a ground fault. I threw a bunch of desiccant packets into the case. Hope it helps... It's 17F outside and worried the water may freeze in the pipes.Update: brought the heater inside, opened it up, and put a fan on it. Wired it back up a week later and still doesn't work. I paid too much money for it to break after 4 months.
