Great product! I’m very happy!
10/10 works great! Came with the hole saw, which was awesome! Wish it had come with extra wire but I had some already to make it work. It was easy for me to wire because I already had an existing one in place. Overall value for the money is good, money well spent.

Great bang for the buck, recommended!
I'll start this off saying I was looking for the most inexpensive backup camera available, so there's my bias. And for the cost, this camera set up definitely delivers. Setup could be a bit easier if the instructions were more detailed. For instance, the instructions make no mention of the power line that has a small ground wire attached. I've since figured out that it's to reduce interference but it would be nice to have the manual match what's included in the box. I also wish there was a way to turn off the backup red-yellow-green on-screen indicators because I find them completely useless and would like the pixels back for the camera. And lastly, I wish the screen said "no signal" or something when it's not getting a signal. I had a problem where the screen was just dark when it was supposed to be on and I first started troubleshooting power when it ended up being the signal wire. If there was a "no signal" display I would know it's a signal problem and not a power problem. Also the included mounting screws ended up rusting in under 3 weeks so don't use those, get some nice stainless ones.I can probably nitpick for awhile, but I am satisfied. I hope the seller just uses my feedback for future revisions. I think for the cost, it works great, the resolution is fine, the brightness is solid, and I like the other display settings (contrast, tint, etc).Oh and one last thing, the image is mirror-image (right-to-left) flipped on the camera. At first it puzzled me but then I realized that makes sense, all backup cams do (even the manufacturer integrated ones). It's so when you are driving (facing forward) and looking at it, objects on the right side of the screen will be on the right side of the car and vice versa.

False advertising
A/V cable claims to be 26.3 feet actually only measures about 19 feet I bought because I needed 25 feet this is false advertisement

Worth the $22
Received the camera kit and wired it up to test it. Mine may be different that what the person who answered my question has, but here's what the 3 buttons on the back (that you can't see in any product pics) do (and don't do).Pressing the middle button toggles between:BrightnessTintContrastSaturationZoom (2 settings)LanguageReset (to factory settings)The top and bottom buttons are to increase or decrease the selected function. What they do NOT do is allow you to remove the grid lines or turn the unit off. The grid lines are fixed to the screen, not the camera since rotating the camera does not change the grid display. For the $22 I spent this was a reasonable proof of concept as I will be using this as a rear view mirror on a chopped '32 3 window coupe with a small rear window and big blind spots. The picture is reasonable, but certainly not hi def. Since I won't be taking portrait shots of people behind me, this isn't an issue.

Outstanding quality for value.
This is my first backup camera and I'm glad I got it. I have a Chevy Equinox, and the strip camera blocked the trunk handle. I notified the company and they sent me a smaller one that attaches to just 1 bolt, and let me keep the other camera which I use for the front license plate (it really helps when turning into a blind spot). They get 5 stars all around for high quality and low price, and customer service.**If you read your little insert they give you, they offer something free. You get a choice between another camera, or a dual cigarette lighter plug, and I think something else. The video quality is amazing, and both cameras have really nice night vision. The strip camera version is a bit better there because of the infrared lights, but even the single screw mount night vision is pretty good. Several times I've had to get out of my car to check to see if there was an actual light shining behind me (I was concerned it might distract other drivers) but there wasn't.I am a novice when it comes to electrical work, but using the illustrations in the manual, I was able to install it with ease. The hardest part was taking off the panel for my Equinox. Chevy really blew it with that model. For the older people, the monitor is a little bigger than a cassette tape. It sounds small, but the quality is so good, you hardly notice.

What a steal at $24!
Had tested similar products that didn’t work, but the stars were aligned for this product.Camera is really compact and can be installed in license plate light box. Pretty easy install- Took 45 min (I already checked wiring to the license plate circuit otherwise would have taken longer.) Leds are brights so should work well at night.I mounted monitor where I can see next to the instrument gauges. Decent resolution and no problems so far.instructions are sparse so it takes some common sense and tools. Once you figure out wiring diagram, check the monitor and camera turn on a 12v power source (for me, extra car battery- carefully!). Important thing to do in all these installs is to find a good ground line. On the camera side, it’s the ground to the reverse light. On the monitor side, you need to have mounted everything and turned on car’s light you wired to... then tap the ground wire on metal fittings until the monitor turns on (it was the metal case of the stereo head unit.)
